All we requested was to connect two new additional garage door openers that were identical to the one we now use. Both the current remote and garage door opener worked well with no service issues. The service technician that arrived refused to connect the two new identical remotes. Instead he proposed replacing the garage door opener motor, springs, etc for $1000!!! When we complained that all we wanted was to have the new remotes connected, he said it was impossible and that he would have to do repairs that were wither $700, $900, or $1000. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR UPSELLING BUSINESS PLAN AND ATTITUDE!!!!!

I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment when I called. A real person actually answered the phone and talked to me. Cody was fantastic. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door, but they will be my service provider of choice going forward. My technician (Colton) listened to my concerns then completed a review of the full system before advising options. He completed all work quickly and professionally and assisted setting up all remotes including on vehicles. I recommend Precision Garage Door service for all of your garage doors needs.
