I was very pleased with my service from Precision Garage Door. I came across them in internet searches and they had largely very good reviews. My technician Drew D. was prompt and professional. I had an ancient garage door opener that needed replacing (noisy does not begin to describe it). Drew did a safety inspection and then gave me several recommendations for repair and replacement. I chose to replace the opener and a few other recommended parts. Drew did the work quickly and cleanly, explained everything and left me with a few things to watch for as some of the older parts age. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again.

I feel blindsided, I scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to give me a “free quote” on a garage door repair. The service man was very pleasant but quoted me about $300 more than other quotes I had gotten. He was only here for about 15 minutes and when I let him know I was not going to proceed with the service he charged me a $65 service fee just for coming to give me the quote. When I called customer service they claimed to have told me this before and proceeded to say they could not give me a refund. Every other garage door company that came out before Precision, did not charge me for a quote. I will not be ever be using precision nor recommending them to anyone in the future.

The service fee you agreed to before booking secures your time on our schedule, and the technician's time to come out to you. We are sorry you feel that is unfair. All we requested was to connect two new additional garage door openers that were identical to the one we now use. Both the current remote and garage door opener worked well with no service issues. The service technician that arrived refused to connect the two new identical remotes. Instead he proposed replacing the garage door opener motor, springs, etc for $1000!!! When we complained that all we wanted was to have the new remotes connected, he said it was impossible and that he would have to do repairs that were wither $700, $900, or $1000. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR UPSELLING BUSINESS PLAN AND ATTITUDE!!!!!

This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door, but they will be my service provider of choice going forward. My technician (Colton) listened to my concerns then completed a review of the full system before advising options. The three guys that I meet from your company were fantastic. Drew, did the estimate, William and his helper I believe his name was Isaac, were completely professional and did a very timely and excellent job.
