It helped that Gary took photos of the the top of the motor and other hard to reach areas so that we could easily see what the was talking about. Gary is professional and courteous. When I called to make the appointment it was about the chain and loud noises the door was making when going up and down . Gary took his time and pictures so I could see the problems that were happening. It was an old unit, surprised it lasted as long as it did. He had everything on his truck, instead of having to wait 2 weeks for completion. Very pleased with his work and love the new quiet opener. Would definitely recommend this company and Gary.
