I had a great experience with precision. Jackson was incredibly fast, efficient, and honest from start to finish. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my issue, and got everything fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. On top of that, their pricing was much lower than other quotes I received. Highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

Replaced a low end builder grade with a better built Precision door to sustain winds in the area, added windows and overall very, very pleased with the sturdy well built product. Can't even hear it inside the house like the builder grade clunker. Service this first year is exceptional; quick service for anything from keypad coding to obstruction backup. Service members are always cordial and listen first to the problem before running to an answer. Every issue so far is minor and solved without hassle. Highly recommend this business.

Amazing customer service and job well done. They were able to come out the same day. Jack, the technician, was five star all the way. He did a full inspection of my garage door and then thoroughly went through everything with me. He gave me multiple options to choose from, depending on how much I wanted him to do. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. He completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through everything and verifying the job was done right. Can’t say enough good things about him. When one of my garage doors needs service again, I know who I will be calling. Thanks again!

Precision was referred by a friend and he was 100% correct. From the initial phone call until the technician drove away I was informed of every thing that was happening. After the tech inspected my system he told me what his "plan of attack" was and started to work. My old system was not conventional and was originally scratch built 47+ yrs ago. After removing the old system the tech " fabricated" a new system and installed it. After the installation the tech checked out everything, even my 5 remotes. The entire process was more complicated than I had thought and the price was still cheaper than a "off the shelf" model. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.
