Jackson did an outstanding job! He communicated clearly, was incredibly kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Torsion springs broke on the garage door. Called Precision Service. Technician (Jackson Hayslip) arrived within one hour and diagnosed the problem. He inspected the garage door system with explanations and repaired the door with parts available in his truck. Also upgraded very worn parts on the > 25-yearl-old door. He was courteous, friendly, informative, and professional. Very rapid response and appears to be good quality service.

I am so happy with the service i received from Jack (Jackson) with Precision Garage Door of Loveland. I was most impressed with his knowledge. He went over my garage door with me step by step. He did not try to sell me anything. While I called for service because the wire to the sensor to close the door was broken, he did their 25 point check - which is their policy - regardless of what you call them out for. He told me I had a good motor and door - no replacement necessary. As he showed me the areas that were, or could become, concerning (and I understood and could see what he was explaining) I realized, though, that it was time I actually put some money into my door to preserve it for as long as I can since i have rather neglected it. It was totally my choice, no guilting or sales pitch involved. I would have felt comfortable just having him replace the wire because I felt no pressure to have him do anything more. As a matter of fact, I felt that he was a most honest individual who truly did know his job and cared about doing his very best. To the husband and wife who own this family company, i hope all your employees are this good at their job. Give Jack a raise!
