Amazing customer service and job well done. They were able to come out the same day. Jack, the technician, was five star all the way. He did a full inspection of my garage door and then thoroughly went through everything with me. He gave me multiple options to choose from, depending on how much I wanted him to do. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. He completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through everything and verifying the job was done right. Precision was referred by a friend and he was 100% correct. From the initial phone call until the technician drove away I was informed of every thing that was happening. After the tech inspected my system he told me what his "plan of attack" was and started to work. My old system was not conventional and was originally scratch built 47+ yrs ago. After removing the old system the tech " fabricated" a new system and installed it. After the installation the tech checked out everything, even my 5 remotes. The entire process was more complicated than I had thought and the price was still cheaper than a "off the shelf" model. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

They were open 24 seven so I gave him a call made an appointment for one day change my mind cause I couldn’t get my car out and call them back and change the appointment they came out on time fix my door. Having a full inspection was nice because he explained what he looked at and what was going on with all the parts on our garage door.
