I called Precision Garage Door at 4:45 Friday afternoon because my garage door spring broke. They were able to schedule a technician to come at 8 am the next morning, Saturday. (When my garage door broke previously, another well-known company took a week to send a technician.) The technician evaluated the problem immediately, recommended which parts needed replacing for the long-term maintenance of my large garage door, explained the problems clearly to me, and quickly completed the work. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality and professionalism of work by Precision Garage Door!

I had to have just about everything replaced, belt, drum, bearings, cable, garage door opener. My old opener was installed in 1992, so I have to say it was past its prime! First, I received a text notifying me who the repairman was, Noah, his name, picture, and Bio on him. When he arrived, he explained everything, looked at my garage door opener, and explained different options I had for repairs. After the repairs were made, he programmed my vehicle so I could open the garage door without the remote. He asked if I had any questions, gave me all the literature, etc. While it was expensive for my budget, I feel it was money well spent for a quality job. It has a 5 year warranty and my technician is available to answer any questions. Also, in case I forget the company name, it is posted right below the opener.

Same day service! Our spring coil snapped! Our vehicles were stuck inside the garage. Adam came out, conducted a full inspection on both garage doors, and then throughly walked us through options with cost (about 5 options to choose from). He was nothing short of prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time with us as this was the first time we as homeowners had gone through a repair and inspection. Today was our appointment with your company to come and take a look at our garrage door as it was making noises that did not sound good. A young technician named Adam came to our house promptly on time as scheduled and observed our garage door situation. He explained to me what was happening with the spring,bearings and rollers on our door so it was clear to me what was going on. He gave me an estimate and my choice of different options backed by warranties. We opted for five year warranty procedure. And ask him to proceed with the repair. He was very clean with his work timely and professional. I also ask him to install a key pad system on the outside of the door for access. He did a beautiful job for us. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone with a door issue.

I had another company install a new garage door opener, springs and rollers. My garage door failed at least 5 times over the last year so I decided to change companies. I called Precision and asked for an evaluation of the machine I had or do I need another new one, I needed a working garage door. Within 10 minutes I was told the problem was the spring that was installed, it was for a 9 foot and I had an 8 foot door. So I had the right springs installed, it now runs smooth and quiet.
