Had a door that needed to be repaired quickly. Heard about Precision from the NextDoor app where reviews were positive. Called several other companies but Precision could be at our house within three hours (actually arrived an hour earlier!) where the others would have been later or the next day. The individual who took my call was very professional, courteous, and helpful; as was Brendan, the repair specialist who did a thorough job, was efficient, and very respectful. This is the second time I have used Precision Garage Door Fort Collins. My first experience was great so when another aging garage door opener and door parts needed replacing I looked no further. I called Precision Garage Door Service this morning because our garage door wasn’t working, and they were able to get us in same day. Brendan was the technician who came out, and he was wonderful to work with. I was running a little late from work, and he was very flexible—graciously adjusting to meet me about 20 minutes later than originally scheduled. When he arrived, he was professional, kind, and even made a great impression on our kitty, who greeted him right away and kept coming back to say hello. Brendan did a fantastic job fixing the garage door, and now it works perfectly. I highly recommend both the company and Brendan’s services—he was great!

Garage door springs, bearing, drums, rollers and bearing plate all replaced satisfactorily. The springs and wires on my old garage door broke one afternoon and I called several places but Precision was the first to answer and they came over to my house within the next hour. Sadly, it was an expensive fix - my garage door was very, very old and it was recommended to replace the full door and system (my old door did not have the traditional spring above). I went ahead with this and they were able to get me in the next week. Thankfully, in the meantime they also helped me get my car out of the my garage since it was stuck in there after the door broke. When they came out the next week the installer was professional and even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when he started. It works great and was well worth the money.
