Excellent service. I contacted Precision Garage Door about a problem with our two garage doors in the morning and had a technician at the house by lunchtime. The tech, Brendan, quickly diagnosed the problems and recommended the appropriate solutions. By mid-afternoon, we had two garage doors that were working perfectly. Everything was thoroughly explained, and all of our questions were answered. I very highly recommend this local business.

I replaced my garage door opener in December, but had problems twice with the remote. I found the process of getting the issue resolved was easy. I was able to schedule appointments online, the technicians showed up on time and were thorough and courteous. They found my remote was part of a bad batch from the manufacturer. They replaced the remote, made sure everything was in good working order, and covered everything under warranty. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were. His truck was painted/logo'd and the whole experience gave us confidence our door would work right after the service.

We had Brendan come by to do an estimate of fixing our garage door opener. Found it to be close to 30 years old and Brendan gave us several options. We decided to replace only the door opener, and he did a fantastic job on installation and lubrication of other parts so that it's working smoothly again. My tenant notified me on Friday afternoon that the garage door was not working. I went on Precision's website and was able to book a Monday AM appointment. Your website was more impressive than a major corporation’s ! The photos and bios of the technicians is a nice addition. The springs broke on my 9 year old garage door. I knew it was coming, just not when. I called the company that installed our garage doors but when they answered the phone, I was told they were on spring break. I called another local company, left a message but they didn't return my call. Precision answered the phone right away and I was able to get them scheduled the next morning. Brendan phoned me during my appointment window, arrived when he said he would, and was super courteous and professional. He didn't do any work until a quote was given and discussed.
