It was a pleaser watching your techs work. They were very courteous and professional. My garage doors are not your typical home garage doors they are very big. I am sure your techs don't work on doors like this very often, but it did not faze them they got the job done. I am very pleased with the completed job and the professional service your company provided. There are many homes in my neighborhood with door like mine and will definitely recommend your company. Thank you Bruce Bidgood

After hearing what sounded like the main garage door spring break on a Saturday evening, we called Precision Door Service on Monday morning and had an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. Brendan and Caleb arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were very professional and answered all of our questions. After checking out the suspected problem as well as the door opener, the hinges, rollers, etc., they confirmed that the spring had indeed broken and presented us with a couple of repair options. I was surprised how quickly the job was done (I thought they would be here for several hours). They also showed us some simple maintenance that can be done in the future to keep the door in good shape. The door now operates more smoothly and quieter than before. We appreciate the great job!

Precision garage door repair came up to fix my garage door and a mechanic did it in less than 3 hours by himself. Completely took out the old, obsolete genie model and installed a new one, new torsion springs, and new bearings. Under $2,000. Great service and experience. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars!!

I will be a returned customer and I highly recommend this company. Thank you Brendan for all your hard work.

Brendan was so great at repairing our garage door…I was worried that we might have to buy a new door. Brendan worked smart and fixed the door for a very fair price. He was efficient and friendly and I will never have anyone but Brendan work on our garage doors. He is an asset to Precision Door!

Brendan communicated very well starting with a phone call letting us know he could show up early. Provided all the necessary information for us to make a decision and was able to provide the service at that time to complete the install in a timely manner. He then provided all the necessary operating information and was most pleasant.

Brendon Prevost did excellent work. He arrived on time, and was able to repair everything the same day. This included replacing nearly all of the hardware short of the door itself. Brendon is friendly and was very helpful answering all of my questions.

Excellent service. I contacted Precision Garage Door about a problem with our two garage doors in the morning and had a technician at the house by lunchtime. The tech, Brendan, quickly diagnosed the problems and recommended the appropriate solutions. By mid-afternoon, we had two garage doors that were working perfectly. Everything was thoroughly explained, and all of our questions were answered. I very highly recommend this local business.

I replaced my garage door opener in December, but had problems twice with the remote. I found the process of getting the issue resolved was easy. I was able to schedule appointments online, the technicians showed up on time and were thorough and courteous. They found my remote was part of a bad batch from the manufacturer. They replaced the remote, made sure everything was in good working order, and covered everything under warranty. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were. His truck was painted/logo'd and the whole experience gave us confidence our door would work right after the service.

I appreciate being able to get one day service. I also appreciate getting a military discount. The rep. Brendan Prevost called me to say he was on the way. He was very efficient and explained everything he was doing . All was done very quickly and neatly. We contacted your company because of the ad on TV in Cheyenne, WY. It'good to see the servicemen arrive in nice clean pickups. Show the company is proud of their company.

We had Brendan come by to do an estimate of fixing our garage door opener. Found it to be close to 30 years old and Brendan gave us several options. We decided to replace only the door opener, and he did a fantastic job on installation and lubrication of other parts so that it's working smoothly again. This will definitely help us sell my parents' house. Thank you Brendan!

My tenant notified me on Friday afternoon that the garage door was not working. I went on Precision's website and was able to book a Monday AM appointment. Your website was more impressive than a major corporation’s ! The photos and bios of the technicians is a nice addition. The problem was taken care of in a few short hours (extensive repair was needed). I ask my tenant if he was satisfied with the process, he said “The garage door process was perfect. The guy( Brendan Prevost) was super cool”. Everything was handled with the upmost professionalism, count me as an extremely satisfied customer.

The springs broke on my 9 year old garage door. I knew it was coming, just not when. I called the company that installed our garage doors but when they answered the phone, I was told they were on spring break. I called another local company, left a message but they didn't return my call. Precision answered the phone right away and I was able to get them scheduled the next morning. Brendan phoned me during my appointment window, arrived when he said he would, and was super courteous and professional. He didn't do any work until a quote was given and discussed. If you are like me and great customer service matters, then I would highly recommend you give Precision a call for your garage door needs.

Thank you so much for coming out today on short notice. Brendon did a fantastic job performing the work I requested. He explained what he was doing and mentioned things I might need to address in the future. His professional interactions and knowledge of the job were outstanding. You are fortunate to have an employee like him! Your office staff were also very nice and scheduled me right away. Thank you again! Bob

Brendan, from Precision, quickly assessed our garage door needs and gave us his recommendations for repairs. He was not pushy and didn’t try to sell us new doors. He was competent, efficient and friendly. New parts were installed quickly and our garage doors work great. We highly recommend Brendan!
