I would give more than 5 Stars if I could! My garage door spring broke when I got home from work Monday night. I booked the appointment online for Tuesday morning and the service guy, Joel Sawyer, was onsite by 9:30 am Tuesday! I didn’t have to wait two or three days to get this addressed. Joel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my garage door and made recommendations. I am very pleased with the work that Joel did.

This is our second time using the garage door services with Precision. One service was for repair of an old garage door and most currently for install of an electric door that had been manual only. The service men that arrived were prompt, professional and prepared for full service at the time of arrival. They explained the what and the why for their recommendations for replacing old parts on current door and did not try to over sell need for all new parts. I now have an easy to use remote controlled smooth functioning garage door that is surprisingly very quiet as well. I should have used them for this service a long time ago! Highly recommend!
