Bryan was a good communicator before, during and at final inspection. His evaluation of all 3 garage doors identified issues that needed to be taken care of today. He also provided an itemized list and $estimate of future needs for 2 doors. All 3 are the original 60 yr-old heavy wooden doors!. He replaced rollers on all 3 doors and springs on one, and performed lube and tune on all doors as well as adjusting the safety sensors on 1 door. Technically he was very good, courteous and professional, and eager to do an outstanding job. After he left I was disappointed to find gobs of lubricant/oil left on the concrete floor at the bottom of each rail. I’ll clean it up or the oily substance will be tracked into the house by my dogs and me. A drop cloth or piece of cardboard routinely placed under each rail before lube and tune begins will solve this issue. I feel confident that this won’t happen again with Bryan.

I called Precision when our spring snapped in the evening. Not only did they answer but they were able to book me for an appointment the following day. Bryan arrived early and confirmed the main issue, but wanted to perform a standard inspection. What he found was an aging system that needed a lot more work than we anticipated. My wife and I had been talking bout having service done anyway, since the garage door was so loud, and having Bryan present some of the areas of concern confirmed to my wife and I that we would perform the other services.
