Jacob performed great service. The garage door opener unit required to be replaced. During his inspection, he found that the springs above the garage door were wearing badly, red with rust, and should be replaced as a preventative maintenance. He was able to replace both of these items on the spot in a timely manner. I recommend this company to others.

Jacob called me ahead of time telling me what time he was arriving, he introduced himself, I showed him the broken spring and squeaky rollers, he explained to me he was going to check the system, he than showed me what the problem was, he than gave me options on getting it fixed, I asked him to go ahead and fix it and he told me approximately how long it would take, when he was done he showed me all the new parts compared to the old parts, he than open and shut the garage to show me that's its working, it worked perfectly, the squeaky was gone also, Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable, he also asked if I had any questions, he was genuinely concerned that the problem was fixed, and it was, I saw your commercial on TV, that's why I made an appointment with your company, I would highly recommend your company to anybody I know, once again thank you Jacob

Why did I wait so long to do something about my aged, malfunctioning garage doors? I will never know. What I do know is I'm very grateful that I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix them. I called and they had an opening for someone to come out that very afternoon. Jacob came to my home and assessed both of my old malfunctioning garage doors and their openers. He explained what needed to be repaired and replaced in terms I could understand. Both Jacob, and Gary, worked diligently to do the job. Now I have correctly operating garage doors. They don't creak, moan or stop working mid-opening. They are quiet, run smoothly and have the safety features the old openers didn't have. Our 3 year old LiftMaster wall-mount decided to have issues resulting in a door that wouldn’t open and a situation that wasn’t a DIY repair. The positive reviews for Precision Garage Door made me call. Within a 1/2 hour a technician was here diagnosing the issue. Jacob did a terrific job of assessing everything and then getting the lifting cables back where they belonged, installing new rollers, lubricating the hinges, and reprogramming/testing the unit. By the time Jacob left the door was opening and closing quietly and more smoothly than it has ever operated. We appreciated the time he took to answer all our questions and to educate us on simple maintenance that will keep our garage door operating smoothly. Great experience!

Our garage door suddenly stopped working, so I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was able to get an appointment that same afternoon. The communication from Precision Garage Door Service was outstanding from start to finish. I received a text message with Jacob's photo and information about when to expect him, which was very reassuring. Jacob also called before arriving and showed up right on time. After assessing the problem, Jacob thoroughly explained the issues with our garage door. Our garage door opener was nearly 20 years old and had completely failed. In addition to replacing the opener, the door springs also needed to be replaced. He provided a clear quote, answered my questions, and once I approved the work, he got started right away. He estimated the repairs would take a couple of hours, and that timeline was accurate. Toward the end of the project, Noah came to assist, and both technicians were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the repairs, tested everything thoroughly, and cleaned up all materials before leaving. The new garage door opener is incredibly quiet, and we love the added convenience of the MyQ app. We can now use our cell phones to open and close the garage door, in addition to the new remotes that came with the system.
