Our garage door suddenly stopped working, so I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was able to get an appointment that same afternoon. The communication from Precision Garage Door Service was outstanding from start to finish. I received a text message with Jacob's photo and information about when to expect him, which was very reassuring. Jacob also called before arriving and showed up right on time. After assessing the problem, Jacob thoroughly explained the issues with our garage door. Our garage door opener was nearly 20 years old and had completely failed. In addition to replacing the opener, the door springs also needed to be replaced. He provided a clear quote, answered my questions, and once I approved the work, he got started right away. He estimated the repairs would take a couple of hours, and that timeline was accurate. Toward the end of the project, Noah came to assist, and both technicians were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the repairs, tested everything thoroughly, and cleaned up all materials before leaving. The new garage door opener is incredibly quiet, and we love the added convenience of the MyQ app. We can now use our cell phones to open and close the garage door, in addition to the new remotes that came with the system.
