Needed to replace a noisy chain driven garage door opener w/ a belt driven on. The technician, Adam, showed up on time, reviewed my current setup, explained the options available to me, completed the work, went over the warranties and remote operations, and showed me how to do my own periodic lubrication of the rollers. (When my garage door broke previously, another well-known company took a week to send a technician.) I had to have just about everything replaced, belt, drum, bearings, cable, garage door opener. My old opener was installed in 1992, so I have to say it was past its prime! First, I received a text notifying me who the repairman was, Noah, his name, picture, and Bio on him. When he arrived, he explained everything, looked at my garage door opener, and explained different options I had for repairs. After the repairs were made, he programmed my vehicle so I could open the garage door without the remote. He asked if I had any questions, gave me all the literature, etc. While it was expensive for my budget, I feel it was money well spent for a quality job. It has a 5 year warranty and my technician is available to answer any questions. Also, in case I forget the company name, it is posted right below the opener.

Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. I felt comfortable knowing he was on the job. He explained every step and took time to show me how a garage door operates. I highy recommend Devon if you need a kind and conscientous repairman. He wrote invoice for repairs and recommendations.

Colton was AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgable and came the same day we called. We have been having an issue with our gargage door eye sensors (and the CO sunshine hitting them) for the past few years. This has been such a frustration for me, when trying to leave my house, and the garage door is acting up! Colton helped diagnose the problem, and gave us options for how to proceed. Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Adam explained everything again after the work was done and explained why the door was working so much better and quieter. Very happy and would recommend this company.
