Our service man Noah announced himself via text prior to arrival - complete with photo (which was appreciated). He went about his business in a pleasant and efficient manner. He was upfront with everything that he did. He did offer several additional services he could provide while he was here; but did was not pushy. It was an enjoyable exchange. Would highly recommend!

Prices exceeded the maximum range for northern colorado repairs for end bearings and rollers. Service and 3 yr warranty is good but overpriced.

The day we closed on a new house, the garage door broke. The main rail was pulling away from the garage wall and the door would no longer open. On top of that we were supposed to have new flooring delivered to be stored in the garage. Long story short, Precision got me on the schedule for 8 am the very next day. Trevor, the service technician was great! He went over the entire opener system, gave me recommendations and it was fixed under 2 hours - he was a life saver. I will always use Precision Garage Door. Highly recommend!

I would give more than 5 Stars if I could! My garage door spring broke when I got home from work Monday night. I booked the appointment online for Tuesday morning and the service guy, Joel Sawyer, was onsite by 9:30 am Tuesday! I didn’t have to wait two or three days to get this addressed. Joel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my garage door and made recommendations. I am very pleased with the work that Joel did.

I contacted Precision Garage Door because one of my big coil springs had snapped so my opener couldn't lift the door. While the service call was for a broken spring, I also knew that my house was built 30 years ago and I've lived here for the past 14 years and I expect most of the door hardware hadn't been replaced in all that time (I replaced the opener several years ago so that part was OK). I got a same-day appointment. Bryan took the time to inspect all the door hardware and went over the conditions he found and which parts were critical and which parts would probably be the next to fail. He showed me the wear indicators, including metal shavings, and then he went over all my options. I decided to replace just about every moving part and was happy to get it all done at once rather than waiting for the next bit to fail. Bryan went to work and, from the time my spring broke to the time my door was all fixed up with new hardware was only a few hours. Great service, great results plus a 5 year warranty.

We received an estimate from Precision Garage door and the process and the technician couldn't have been smoother or better. The company communication process for the appointment was great and Noah (the technician) could not have more friendly, professional, efficient and thorough.
