The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and they had someone at my home that afternoon. The tech, Noah, was fantastic. He examined the door, showed me all of the items that were causing the problem and gave me detailed pricing for everything. We had Brendan come by to do an estimate of fixing our garage door opener. Found it to be close to 30 years old and Brendan gave us several options. My tenant notified me on Friday afternoon that the garage door was not working. I went on Precision's website and was able to book a Monday AM appointment. Your website was more impressive than a major corporation’s ! The photos and bios of the technicians is a nice addition. The problem was taken care of in a few short hours (extensive repair was needed). I ask my tenant if he was satisfied with the process, he said “The garage door process was perfect. The springs broke on my 9 year old garage door. I knew it was coming, just not when. I called the company that installed our garage doors but when they answered the phone, I was told they were on spring break. I called another local company, left a message but they didn't return my call. Precision answered the phone right away and I was able to get them scheduled the next morning. Brendan phoned me during my appointment window, arrived when he said he would, and was super courteous and professional. He didn't do any work until a quote was given and discussed. I called Precision when our spring snapped in the evening. Not only did they answer but they were able to book me for an appointment the following day. Bryan arrived early and confirmed the main issue, but wanted to perform a standard inspection. What he found was an aging system that needed a lot more work than we anticipated. My wife and I had been talking bout having service done anyway, since the garage door was so loud, and having Bryan present some of the areas of concern confirmed to my wife and I that we would perform the other services. Bryan did a great job at completing the work he outlined. He reviewed the work with us and was very friendly and professional.
