I was very pleased with Bryan my serviceman. He was polite and took the time to explain everything he was doing so we could understand. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I was pleased with his prompt service and the phone call saying when he would be here. I chose Precision because of their customer ratings and professional website. I would definitely call them again. Now that I look further at the website I am disappointed I was not offered the military or senior discount because I qualified for both.

I’ve used Precision in the past. As before, they were able to come on short notice. Devon was able to adjust his schedule so he could see what needed to be done AND do it all in one morning. I had a new opener, keypad, bottom seal, and some wiring (I think) replaced. I’m amazed at how quiet the door has become plus the inner lighting of the garage and the ease of all the new equipment is amazing. Thanks for great work, Devon! (In the review categories below, you don’t allow for multiple items to be checked. That would be helpful, as this was a major repair.)

Usually people send comments because they are unsatisfied. These guys did an awesome job I could stop with my garage now works. but they were friendly, respectful of the cat, left the work site clean. the shared knowledge of the parts and working operations of the door. sounds simple but its not. they took the time and I picked up gems. Over all good job Also I have a reverance for springs. It is stored energy. If released to rapidly I cant guarantee survival. These guys took that life thretening scenerio off my hands. They handeled it with Precision and skill. Thank you

Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were. Jack Hayslip was very professional. He explained in detail issues with various components of the garage door system.
