Our service man Noah announced himself via text prior to arrival - complete with photo (which was appreciated). He went about his business in a pleasant and efficient manner. He was upfront with everything that he did. He did offer several additional services he could provide while he was here; but did was not pushy. It was an enjoyable exchange. Would highly recommend!

The company communication process for the appointment was great and Noah (the technician) could not have more friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Service, from the Initial call to the completed service. I had a broken spring which needed to be replaced and several other repairs I knew of. I made my initial call around 9:15 am and had an appointment made for between 10:00 am and I believe they said 1pm, the technician (Noah Guoladdle) called shortly after the appointment was made to let me know he would be at the house by 10:05. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He looked everything over and gave me a quote on the repairs needed and I added a new garage door opener. Noah completed the service very quickly approximately 2 hours, leaving the work area cleaner than when he arrived. Once again I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Service and will highly recommend. Noah our technician was excellent, courteous and professional.

I tried to open my garage in the early afternoon and it would open about 3 to 6 inches then close. I called precision door and they were there in about 2 hours! Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. He was concerned about the safety of the door and gave me a couple of options about how to proceed. He was honest about what really needed to be done and did not try to add any services that were not necessary. I am very happy with the service and how quickly they were able to fix the problem! We purchased a new garage door about 7 to 8 years ago. I started noticing a few issues with it, the main issue being it was getting too heavy to lift manually when the power would go out. I called Precision to come out and do a tune-up and to my extreme surprise, they were able to come out within an hour or 2 of my call. Noah and his partner were extremely nice and professional and explained everything that they were going to do. They did a thorough examination of the entire garage door, including springs, rollers and tracks, and noticed there were several issues, the main one being the springs needed to be replaced. Again, to my surprise, they had all the parts on their truck and they were able to resolve all of the issues on this single trip. Now our garage door is working like new again and is much easier to manually lift. I have put their number in my contacts list so the next time we ever need garage door repair, Precision will be my first call.

I was referred by a neighbor to your company, so I made the call to schedule the service appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and thorough in answering my questions. I was given a window of 8-10, and they called me to inform me that they were on their way and how far away they were. They arrived a few minutes early. They ran through the test and came back with why it wasn’t working I went out to review everything with Noah, the technician. He explained everything in detail and documented the entire process. He also showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I had hoped that if the spring and the drums were fixed and working properly, the motor would still be good. Unfortunately, after all the work, the motor had to be replaced as well. He came with all the tools and parts and it didn’t take long at all. Noah was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything looks great and works great! I am truly impressed, it was quick and seamless.

The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and they had someone at my home that afternoon. The tech, Noah, was fantastic. He examined the door, showed me all of the items that were causing the problem and gave me detailed pricing for everything. Great service, I booked on line and had repairs service the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Our technician NOAH showed up on time. Noah explain our issue and how the system is working to hard because of aging parts. Everything was fixed quickly and I wasn’t pressure to replace any units that didn’t need immediate replacement.
