We purchased a new garage door about 7 to 8 years ago. I started noticing a few issues with it, the main issue being it was getting too heavy to lift manually when the power would go out. I called Precision to come out and do a tune-up and to my extreme surprise, they were able to come out within an hour or 2 of my call. Noah and his partner were extremely nice and professional and explained everything that they were going to do. They did a thorough examination of the entire garage door, including springs, rollers and tracks, and noticed there were several issues, the main one being the springs needed to be replaced. Again, to my surprise, they had all the parts on their truck and they were able to resolve all of the issues on this single trip. Now our garage door is working like new again and is much easier to manually lift. I have put their number in my contacts list so the next time we ever need garage door repair, Precision will be my first call.

I was referred by a neighbor to your company, so I made the call to schedule the service appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and thorough in answering my questions. I was given a window of 8-10, and they called me to inform me that they were on their way and how far away they were. They arrived a few minutes early. They ran through the test and came back with why it wasn’t working I went out to review everything with Noah, the technician. He explained everything in detail and documented the entire process. He also showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I had hoped that if the spring and the drums were fixed and working properly, the motor would still be good. Unfortunately, after all the work, the motor had to be replaced as well. He came with all the tools and parts and it didn’t take long at all. Noah was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything looks great and works great! I am truly impressed, it was quick and seamless.

Great service, I booked on line and had repairs service the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Our technician NOAH showed up on time. I had to have just about everything replaced, belt, drum, bearings, cable, garage door opener. My old opener was installed in 1992, so I have to say it was past its prime! First, I received a text notifying me who the repairman was, Noah, his name, picture, and Bio on him. When he arrived, he explained everything, looked at my garage door opener, and explained different options I had for repairs. After the repairs were made, he programmed my vehicle so I could open the garage door without the remote. He asked if I had any questions, gave me all the literature, etc. While it was expensive for my budget, I feel it was money well spent for a quality job. It has a 5 year warranty and my technician is available to answer any questions. Also, in case I forget the company name, it is posted right below the opener.
