Noah was the technician wo came out and did the repairs. He was very professional and he took his time in explaining what could be done to address the issues they were having with the door. I had to have just about everything replaced, belt, drum, bearings, cable, garage door opener. My old opener was installed in 1992, so I have to say it was past its prime! First, I received a text notifying me who the repairman was, Noah, his name, picture, and Bio on him. When he arrived, he explained everything, looked at my garage door opener, and explained different options I had for repairs. After the repairs were made, he programmed my vehicle so I could open the garage door without the remote. He asked if I had any questions, gave me all the literature, etc. While it was expensive for my budget, I feel it was money well spent for a quality job. It has a 5 year warranty and my technician is available to answer any questions. Also, in case I forget the company name, it is posted right below the opener.

I had another company install a new garage door opener, springs and rollers. My garage door failed at least 5 times over the last year so I decided to change companies. I called Precision and asked for an evaluation of the machine I had or do I need another new one, I needed a working garage door. Within 10 minutes I was told the problem was the spring that was installed, it was for a 9 foot and I had an 8 foot door. So I had the right springs installed, it now runs smooth and quiet. I'm impressed and will take the wrong springs back to the other company and leave a review for them.

I chose your business and service person, Noah, due to a referral from a friend and previous customer of yours. A great review referral was what led me to make an appt. Noah is clear with what he plans to diagnose and his resolutions to the problem. He allows your choice as to what is decided to repair and the cost. He put new rollers to quiet its journey and adjusted the balance so it could be locked again. The small jerk in the chain driven door upon closing wasn't able to be completely resolved. Hopefully that won't worsen any time soon. Very pleased with his work and passed on a business card to my neighbor.
