The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. Colton was AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgable and came the same day we called. I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job.
