I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours.
