The springs and wires on my old garage door broke one afternoon and I called several places but Precision was the first to answer and they came over to my house within the next hour. Sadly, it was an expensive fix - my garage door was very, very old and it was recommended to replace the full door and system (my old door did not have the traditional spring above). I went ahead with this and they were able to get me in the next week. Thankfully, in the meantime they also helped me get my car out of the my garage since it was stuck in there after the door broke. When they came out the next week the installer was professional and even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when he started. It works great and was well worth the money.
