The springs broke on my 9 year old garage door. I knew it was coming, just not when. I called the company that installed our garage doors but when they answered the phone, I was told they were on spring break. I called another local company, left a message but they didn't return my call. Precision answered the phone right away and I was able to get them scheduled the next morning. Brendan phoned me during my appointment window, arrived when he said he would, and was super courteous and professional. He didn't do any work until a quote was given and discussed. If you are like me and great customer service matters, then I would highly recommend you give Precision a call for your garage door needs.

Great service, I booked on line and had repairs service the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Our technician NOAH showed up on time. Noah explain our issue and how the system is working to hard because of aging parts. Everything was fixed quickly and I wasn’t pressure to replace any units that didn’t need immediate replacement. The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. We will definitely refer your company to our friends and neighbors. There was not room to list all the parts we purchased. Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Precision Door Services set up an appointment for me the next business day after my call. Devon arrived during the appointed time and actually explained how garage doors work - not in a condescending or superior sort of way, but in a way I could understand. He provided 3 options for me to choose from and we agreed to start with the least expensive and if it didn't seem to have helped enough - to move on to the next option.
