The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. Precision Door Services set up an appointment for me the next business day after my call. Devon arrived during the appointed time and actually explained how garage doors work - not in a condescending or superior sort of way, but in a way I could understand. He provided 3 options for me to choose from and we agreed to start with the least expensive and if it didn't seem to have helped enough - to move on to the next option. Noah did a great job in inspecting and recommending solutions, and also explaining what he found to my wife and I. One of the issue he found was the garage door was not level and corrected that which made a huge difference in the floor seal, which he also replaced.
