I was notified at 7:50 AM that your tech was at our house which he was not. I called and talked to Casandra and she had no idea what was going on. I checked the email again and it said the tech was at 7720 Jack Rabbit Rd Houston Texas. I asked Casandra about how much the work would cost for bottom door seals and she told me the rubber door seals were $22/ft. The tech said it was $5.00/ft. The tech was great and knew his stuff. Very pleasant and did a great job. Would highly recommend him. Problem seems to be in your office.

Jacob called me ahead of time telling me what time he was arriving, he introduced himself, I showed him the broken spring and squeaky rollers, he explained to me he was going to check the system, he than showed me what the problem was, he than gave me options on getting it fixed, I asked him to go ahead and fix it and he told me approximately how long it would take, when he was done he showed me all the new parts compared to the old parts, he than open and shut the garage to show me that's its working, it worked perfectly, the squeaky was gone also, Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable, he also asked if I had any questions, he was genuinely concerned that the problem was fixed, and it was, I saw your commercial on TV, that's why I made an appointment with your company, I would highly recommend your company to anybody I know, once again thank you Jacob

I called in the afternoon and the next morning, they came out. Trevor and Will were wonderful. Very professional, friendly and mindful of property. They completed their assessment and were able to get our door fixed promptly. You never think about your garage doors until they don't work. But it's nice to have a company that was able to come out the next day not the next week. We needed more than one thing done to our door but for the review, I'll just say springs. We appreciate you!

Precision was referred by a friend and he was 100% correct. From the initial phone call until the technician drove away I was informed of every thing that was happening. After the tech inspected my system he told me what his "plan of attack" was and started to work. My old system was not conventional and was originally scratch built 47+ yrs ago. After removing the old system the tech " fabricated" a new system and installed it. After the installation the tech checked out everything, even my 5 remotes. The entire process was more complicated than I had thought and the price was still cheaper than a "off the shelf" model. Will definitely recommend Precision to everyone.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working, so I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service online. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was able to get an appointment that same afternoon. The communication from Precision Garage Door Service was outstanding from start to finish. I received a text message with Jacob's photo and information about when to expect him, which was very reassuring. Jacob also called before arriving and showed up right on time. After assessing the problem, Jacob thoroughly explained the issues with our garage door. Our garage door opener was nearly 20 years old and had completely failed. In addition to replacing the opener, the door springs also needed to be replaced. He provided a clear quote, answered my questions, and once I approved the work, he got started right away. He estimated the repairs would take a couple of hours, and that timeline was accurate. Toward the end of the project, Noah came to assist, and both technicians were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the repairs, tested everything thoroughly, and cleaned up all materials before leaving. The new garage door opener is incredibly quiet, and we love the added convenience of the MyQ app. We can now use our cell phones to open and close the garage door, in addition to the new remotes that came with the system. As first responders, we also greatly appreciated the discount that Precision Garage Door Service provided. It was a thoughtful gesture and another example of their commitment to customer service. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Jacob and Noah provided exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and clear communication throughout the entire process.
