Here they are : Bottom rubber, reinforced metal bracket, rollers, struts, 8' rail, center bearing plate, precision heavy duty drums. and 2 torsion springs. Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Adam explained everything again after the work was done and explained why the door was working so much better and quieter. Very happy and would recommend this company.

Precision Door Services set up an appointment for me the next business day after my call. Devon arrived during the appointed time and actually explained how garage doors work - not in a condescending or superior sort of way, but in a way I could understand. He provided 3 options for me to choose from and we agreed to start with the least expensive and if it didn't seem to have helped enough - to move on to the next option. He set to work right away and was efficient and thorough. He did a wonderful job.......and my garage door works better than it ever has! I am INCREDIBLY impressed with Devon!!!!! Noah did a great job in inspecting and recommending solutions, and also explaining what he found to my wife and I. One of the issue he found was the garage door was not level and corrected that which made a huge difference in the floor seal, which he also replaced. Noah was very professional and courteous, and made us feel like valued customers. I would highly recommend Precision and Noah for all your garage door needs!

The main spring on my garage door snapped early morning, called in to have a same day appointment. The technician Adam was professional, knowledgeable, and quick with his work. His inspection was thorough and fixed everything in about an hour. The door looks and works better than before. Would highly recommend their service.

The springs and wires on my old garage door broke one afternoon and I called several places but Precision was the first to answer and they came over to my house within the next hour. Sadly, it was an expensive fix - my garage door was very, very old and it was recommended to replace the full door and system (my old door did not have the traditional spring above). I went ahead with this and they were able to get me in the next week. Thankfully, in the meantime they also helped me get my car out of the my garage since it was stuck in there after the door broke. When they came out the next week the installer was professional and even swept out my garage, leaving it cleaner than when he started. It works great and was well worth the money.
