I was able to easily schedule this appointment online, and the technician (Noah) contacted me on the day of the appointment to provide a specific time for his arrival. Noah was extremely helpful in addressing my questions and concerns about why my garage door and opener were not working properly. He thoroughly explained how the opener and mechanics of the garage door (i.e., springs, rollers, drums, bearings, etc.) work in tandem to open and close the door. He identified, took pictures, explained, and demonstrated how the door mechanics were negatively affecting the opener's performance. This explanation gave me peace of mind in knowing that the investment in replacing the mechanics of the garage door would improve the performance of the entire mechanism. The whole experience with Precision, from scheduling online to the completion of the service provided, was excellent.
