We had a spring break after 21 years of service, it finally gave way. After 21 years we decided to replace springs, bearings, drums, rollers and install a new Genie opener. Devon was great in explaining what he was going to do, and how much it was going to cost. Devon was quite efficient in getting all of this work done and then explaining how all the new installation would work for us. We are very impressed with the new, extremely quiet garage door. I was able to easily schedule this appointment online, and the technician (Noah) contacted me on the day of the appointment to provide a specific time for his arrival. Noah was extremely helpful in addressing my questions and concerns about why my garage door and opener were not working properly. He thoroughly explained how the opener and mechanics of the garage door (i.e., springs, rollers, drums, bearings, etc.) work in tandem to open and close the door. He identified, took pictures, explained, and demonstrated how the door mechanics were negatively affecting the opener's performance. This explanation gave me peace of mind in knowing that the investment in replacing the mechanics of the garage door would improve the performance of the entire mechanism. The whole experience with Precision, from scheduling online to the completion of the service provided, was excellent.
