Everyone was friendly and professional and they were able to complete repairs the same day. I appreciated the communication and texts, including the picture of the technician coming out. Will definitely continue to use Precision!

We purchased a new garage door about 7 to 8 years ago. I started noticing a few issues with it, the main issue being it was getting too heavy to lift manually when the power would go out. I called Precision to come out and do a tune-up and to my extreme surprise, they were able to come out within an hour or 2 of my call. Noah and his partner were extremely nice and professional and explained everything that they were going to do. They did a thorough examination of the entire garage door, including springs, rollers and tracks, and noticed there were several issues, the main one being the springs needed to be replaced. Again, to my surprise, they had all the parts on their truck and they were able to resolve all of the issues on this single trip. Now our garage door is working like new again and is much easier to manually lift. I have put their number in my contacts list so the next time we ever need garage door repair, Precision will be my first call.

I had an unfortunate accident with my garage door, leaving a garden tool in the rail that really did some major damage. This was on a Saturday. Called on a Saturday, where a representative answered immediately and had me set up with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Devon, who was the tech that came out, was right on time, knowledgeable, and had the entire job done within a few hours. I chose this company because of the existing reviews and very glad I did. Very quick and so far seems to be an excellent repair. Thank you!!

Usually people send comments because they are unsatisfied. These guys did an awesome job I could stop with my garage now works. but they were friendly, respectful of the cat, left the work site clean. the shared knowledge of the parts and working operations of the door. sounds simple but its not. they took the time and I picked up gems. Over all good job Also I have a reverance for springs. It is stored energy. If released to rapidly I cant guarantee survival. These guys took that life thretening scenerio off my hands. They handeled it with Precision and skill. Thank you

We have had Precision come to our house for two unrelated situations with our garage. On both occasions the technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, gave great advice, and were efficient with their services. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage repairs or installations. William and his team were especially phenomenal.

Drew is the coolest dude in garage repair. He came out the very next day and clearly broke down the pricing, showing us exactly what was wrong with our door. He repaired the springs, rollers, cables, and more—all at a fair price. He was fast, efficient, and now our garage door works like new and is super quiet. Highly recommend!

The first time we used Precision to repair the builder-grade door openers the technician did a great job. We have them come back once a year to do the general maintenance on the door openers. We rely on them.

They came out quickly, they kept us apprised of when they would arrive, and their final invoice was almost all the cost of parts (very small labor charge). Plus they are nice guys and obviously knowledgeable about how to fix a garage door! We will be sticking with them going forward. They were out here last in 2016 - pretty good record!

Colton was professional, extremely knowledgable and completely honest with me. I was offered 3 options which included "make everything perfect, fix current issue and anything potentially unsafe, or just fix whats broken now." I chose to make everything perfect. Colton was also very proficient and fast. I couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Your category below only allows me to select one purchased item, but I replaced everything. Springs, cables, beqrings, rollers, opener and and all its asssociated doohickies. Finally, my door malfunctioned late on Friday afternoon, and Colton was here before my appointment window on saturday. I strongly recomend these folks for any garage door needs.

Colton, with Precision Garage Door, came this afternoon very quickly to help with my garage door opener. Turns out the opener was just fine it was the remote that needed help. The kindness of the people on the phone and Colton seem to be rare these days. I'm very pleased with the service they provided!!!
