I had an unfortunate accident with my garage door, leaving a garden tool in the rail that really did some major damage. This was on a Saturday. Called on a Saturday, where a representative answered immediately and had me set up with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Devon, who was the tech that came out, was right on time, knowledgeable, and had the entire job done within a few hours. I chose this company because of the existing reviews and very glad I did. Very quick and so far seems to be an excellent repair. Thank you!!

Usually people send comments because they are unsatisfied. These guys did an awesome job I could stop with my garage now works. but they were friendly, respectful of the cat, left the work site clean. the shared knowledge of the parts and working operations of the door. sounds simple but its not. they took the time and I picked up gems. Over all good job Also I have a reverance for springs. It is stored energy. If released to rapidly I cant guarantee survival. These guys took that life thretening scenerio off my hands. They handeled it with Precision and skill. Thank you

They came out quickly, they kept us apprised of when they would arrive, and their final invoice was almost all the cost of parts (very small labor charge). I was offered 3 options which included "make everything perfect, fix current issue and anything potentially unsafe, or just fix whats broken now." I chose to make everything perfect. Colton was also very proficient and fast. I couldn't be happier with the service or the product. Your category below only allows me to select one purchased item, but I replaced everything. Springs, cables, beqrings, rollers, opener and and all its asssociated doohickies. Finally, my door malfunctioned late on Friday afternoon, and Colton was here before my appointment window on saturday. I strongly recomend these folks for any garage door needs.

My garage door broke a spring. Precision charged me 4 times what Home Depot charges for the springs (springs come in pairs). Then there was the $65 non-negotiable inspection and $75 dollar labor charge. Over $500 to repair the broken spring(s). The service tech did a great job and was on-time and friendly. Just a little over the top on cost.
