They came out quickly, they kept us apprised of when they would arrive, and their final invoice was almost all the cost of parts (very small labor charge). Plus they are nice guys and obviously knowledgeable about how to fix a garage door! We will be sticking with them going forward. They were out here last in 2016 - pretty good record!

My garage door broke a spring. Precision charged me 4 times what Home Depot charges for the springs (springs come in pairs). Then there was the $65 non-negotiable inspection and $75 dollar labor charge. Over $500 to repair the broken spring(s). The service tech did a great job and was on-time and friendly. Just a little over the top on cost.
