They did an outstanding job, and we are grateful! The garage door works smoothly, they reset the programming, fixed the bent pin (my fault), replaced the rollers (the garage is purring!), and gave it a full inspection and sprayed it with lubricant and cleaned it up. My garage door is happy and we are happy! Thank you so much!

Showed up ahead of schedule and got it fixed. That is really good in today's world. The other company said they do not service my area anymore, even though the other company was the one that installed that door about 6 years ago.

Colton was great! This is the second time that he has been our service representative. He is professional and always explains everything he is going to do as well as giving recommendations for repairs/replacements.

Great service. Repairman came within 1 1/2 hours of my phone call. Walked me through everything that could be done and that should be done. Was fair with his assessment and was just a super nice guy.

Call answered by a real person. Same day appointment. Serviceman arrived on time. Thorough review by him. He presented options. Completed the selected repair in the time he estimated he would. He made sure we were fully operational before he left. We were quite satisfied.

Unbelievable, wonderful service, work man arrived the same day I called, and now I have a functioning, quiet garage door opener that works. Thank you for the service guy that did all of that quality work.

Brett was very friendly and professional. He had our garage door back in working order quickly and at a fair price. Will be requesting him again next time I am in need of garage door services.

Tech examined our opener and together we decided to replace it rather than repair. Tech replaced the opener, programmed all the remotes (including the outside keypad and Homelink in our car) and set up the wifi connection. All done within a few hours of our first call to Precision Garage Door. Thanks Colton!

Excellent service, very knowledgable, polite, speedy. Arrived on time and the repair was done the same day. Answered all my questions and discussed work to be done before starting the job. I'm way more impressed with Precision than with a previous garage door company who will remain un-named.

Absolutely incredible service! I couldn't be more pleased! Your tech, Colton, was not only the nicest person, but he was prompt, professional and knowledgeable I felt 100% comfortable with him in my home. He looked at my broken garage door, explained what was in good condition, what needed to be repaired and what wasn't a priority at this time. He never once pushed or "oversold". After giving me the facts and the price, I was able to make an educated decision on his recommendations and he completed the work that same afternoon. I highly recommend Precision and especially Colton! Thank you for your time and expertise! Kathy H.

I called them and they had someone out here the very same day. The tech told me the problems and we agreed that certain things needed to be taken care of. A price was stated, the work was agreed upon and the work was completed and the garage door is fixed. It does not get better than that.

Called and spoke to someone right away who could schedule service the same day. Had called others and left message but did not get back to me in an hour so these guys were great. checked all the garage door mechanical parts to make sure everything was safe to use. Thanks William.

Very quick and professional response all the way around from the scheduler to the technician! Thank you to Brett, especially, who helped us out today. I would highly recommend this company. I called at 7:30 in the morning and they were there before 9 AM! Customer service can be hit or miss these days, but this group has it together with communication, setting expectations, and follow up.

Once again, we had a great experience having our garage door repaired by Precision! Tyler returned my email request for a service appointment and sent a technician out right away. Brett came on a very cold day, was friendly and professional, and provided quality service for us. He had to put both cables back in place and he replaced the bearings. The door is now running smoother than it had been. We really appreciate him braving the frigid temperature to help us out! We are repeat customers and highly recommend Precision for garage door service!

We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Brett came out and quickly identified the problem causing the garage door to malfunction. He took time to educate me about my garage door, the various components of the door, positives and negatives of this type door, potential problems, things I can do to help it work efficiently, and maintenance that I can perform to extend the life of the parts. He was able to quickly fix the problem and then performed some additional maintenance on the door. Brett is a great guy who communicates on a level that is easy to understand. I will always ask for him if I ever have problems again! Brett and Precision have my highest rating!!
