I called Precision Garage Door at 4:45 Friday afternoon because my garage door spring broke. They were able to schedule a technician to come at 8 am the next morning, Saturday. (When my garage door broke previously, another well-known company took a week to send a technician.) The technician evaluated the problem immediately, recommended which parts needed replacing for the long-term maintenance of my large garage door, explained the problems clearly to me, and quickly completed the work. I had to have just about everything replaced, belt, drum, bearings, cable, garage door opener. My old opener was installed in 1992, so I have to say it was past its prime! First, I received a text notifying me who the repairman was, Noah, his name, picture, and Bio on him. When he arrived, he explained everything, looked at my garage door opener, and explained different options I had for repairs. After the repairs were made, he programmed my vehicle so I could open the garage door without the remote. He asked if I had any questions, gave me all the literature, etc. While it was expensive for my budget, I feel it was money well spent for a quality job. It has a 5 year warranty and my technician is available to answer any questions. Also, in case I forget the company name, it is posted right below the opener.

Same day service! Our spring coil snapped! Our vehicles were stuck inside the garage. Adam came out, conducted a full inspection on both garage doors, and then throughly walked us through options with cost (about 5 options to choose from). He was nothing short of prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time with us as this was the first time we as homeowners had gone through a repair and inspection. He had everything on his truck to make the repairs and used high quality and durable parts (much better than the current/old parts).
