This is the third garage door they have repaired or replaced for me in the last 3 years. They seem expensive, but they do excellent work and it seems to last. They replaced one builders quality (a/k/a - cheap) door with an insulated door, and the other doors were refurbished. All three open and close with the precision (ha!) of a Swiss clock! That precision makes opening and closing easier on the opener, so I believe they will last a lot longer. I recommend Precision Garage Door Company.
