Precision Garage Door technician, William Fletcher was very helpful. On the inspection, he answered all my questions and explained everything, along with showing me the physical issues. His answers were at my level, which is someone who has limited mechanical knowledge. When William came back to do the repairs (after parts ordered), he was professional and polite. He again showed me what was done and answered my questions. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Quick service to replace a damaged hinge. Colton was quick to get here... Explained exactly what he would be doing before doing ANY thing... Did a safety exam of all parts... Repaired what needed repairing very efficiently... Explained on what to look out for in the future... Lubed moving parts... Was VERY personable... Precision Door Service Rep was very professional and I was very satisfied with the work he did. I explained to him that I wanted the garage door to be serviced, e.g., check any portion of the door that needed to be service to keep the door in a good functional operational capability. I also asked him to tell me if any parts of the to door will be needed to be replaced. He inspected the door and did the necessary required services to it and informed me that the garage railing balls may have to be replaced in the future because of wear and tear. Otherwise the present operational condition of the door is okay. .
