The springs broke on my 9 year old garage door. I knew it was coming, just not when. I called the company that installed our garage doors but when they answered the phone, I was told they were on spring break. I called another local company, left a message but they didn't return my call. Precision answered the phone right away and I was able to get them scheduled the next morning. Brendan phoned me during my appointment window, arrived when he said he would, and was super courteous and professional. He didn't do any work until a quote was given and discussed. Great service, I booked on line and had repairs service the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Our technician NOAH showed up on time. Noah explain our issue and how the system is working to hard because of aging parts. Everything was fixed quickly and I wasn’t pressure to replace any units that didn’t need immediate replacement. I recommend this company! And I will be hiring them in the future.

The guy that repaired our garage door was Devon Decker. He did an outstanding job. He even repaired some work that was done a few months ago by a different company. We will definitely refer your company to our friends and neighbors. There was not room to list all the parts we purchased. Here they are : Bottom rubber, reinforced metal bracket, rollers, struts, 8' rail, center bearing plate, precision heavy duty drums. and 2 torsion springs. Contacted precision for a double size garage door tune-up. Adam called before arriving and and arrived on time as promised. Inspected my door and gave me options and estimates and explained everything as we moved forward. We agreed on a service option and price and the work was done very timely. Adam explained everything again after the work was done and explained why the door was working so much better and quieter. Very happy and would recommend this company.
