I contacted Precision Garage Door because one of my big coil springs had snapped so my opener couldn't lift the door. While the service call was for a broken spring, I also knew that my house was built 30 years ago and I've lived here for the past 14 years and I expect most of the door hardware hadn't been replaced in all that time (I replaced the opener several years ago so that part was OK). I got a same-day appointment. Bryan took the time to inspect all the door hardware and went over the conditions he found and which parts were critical and which parts would probably be the next to fail. He showed me the wear indicators, including metal shavings, and then he went over all my options. I decided to replace just about every moving part and was happy to get it all done at once rather than waiting for the next bit to fail. Bryan went to work and, from the time my spring broke to the time my door was all fixed up with new hardware was only a few hours. Great service, great results plus a 5 year warranty.

We received an estimate from Precision Garage door and the process and the technician couldn't have been smoother or better. The company communication process for the appointment was great and Noah (the technician) could not have more friendly, professional, efficient and thorough. Jacob performed great service. The garage door opener unit required to be replaced. During his inspection, he found that the springs above the garage door were wearing badly, red with rust, and should be replaced as a preventative maintenance. He was able to replace both of these items on the spot in a timely manner. I recommend this company to others.

This is our second time using the garage door services with Precision. One service was for repair of an old garage door and most currently for install of an electric door that had been manual only. The service men that arrived were prompt, professional and prepared for full service at the time of arrival. They explained the what and the why for their recommendations for replacing old parts on current door and did not try to over sell need for all new parts. I now have an easy to use remote controlled smooth functioning garage door that is surprisingly very quiet as well. I should have used them for this service a long time ago! Highly recommend! Yes, Trevor and Brendan exceeded expectations. Trevor clearly explained and documented the deficiencies' and was highly courteous and professional. They were even willing to work on the repairs starting at 6:00 p.m., even with it being a 2 or 3 hour project. After discussing with their manager, ultimately decided to come back the next day to work on the project - which was perfectly fine for us as we still have a functioning garage door. Also, I very much appreciated a live person answering the phone and scheduling an appointment the same day - which is almost unheard of these days.

Bryan was a good communicator before, during and at final inspection. His evaluation of all 3 garage doors identified issues that needed to be taken care of today. He also provided an itemized list and $estimate of future needs for 2 doors. All 3 are the original 60 yr-old heavy wooden doors!. He replaced rollers on all 3 doors and springs on one, and performed lube and tune on all doors as well as adjusting the safety sensors on 1 door. Technically he was very good, courteous and professional, and eager to do an outstanding job. After he left I was disappointed to find gobs of lubricant/oil left on the concrete floor at the bottom of each rail. I’ll clean it up or the oily substance will be tracked into the house by my dogs and me. A drop cloth or piece of cardboard routinely placed under each rail before lube and tune begins will solve this issue. I feel confident that this won’t happen again with Bryan.

I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Service, from the Initial call to the completed service. I had a broken spring which needed to be replaced and several other repairs I knew of. I made my initial call around 9:15 am and had an appointment made for between 10:00 am and I believe they said 1pm, the technician (Noah Guoladdle) called shortly after the appointment was made to let me know he would be at the house by 10:05. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He looked everything over and gave me a quote on the repairs needed and I added a new garage door opener. Noah completed the service very quickly approximately 2 hours, leaving the work area cleaner than when he arrived. Once again I am completely satisfied with Precision Garage Service and will highly recommend. Noah our technician was excellent, courteous and professional.

Our 3 year old LiftMaster wall-mount decided to have issues resulting in a door that wouldn’t open and a situation that wasn’t a DIY repair. The positive reviews for Precision Garage Door made me call. Within a 1/2 hour a technician was here diagnosing the issue. Jacob did a terrific job of assessing everything and then getting the lifting cables back where they belonged, installing new rollers, lubricating the hinges, and reprogramming/testing the unit. By the time Jacob left the door was opening and closing quietly and more smoothly than it has ever operated. We appreciated the time he took to answer all our questions and to educate us on simple maintenance that will keep our garage door operating smoothly. Great experience!

Gary is professional and courteous. When I called to make the appointment it was about the chain and loud noises the door was making when going up and down . Gary took his time and pictures so I could see the problems that were happening. It was an old unit, surprised it lasted as long as it did. He had everything on his truck, instead of having to wait 2 weeks for completion. Very pleased with his work and love the new quiet opener. Would definitely recommend this company and Gary.
