Today was our appointment with your company to come and take a look at our garrage door as it was making noises that did not sound good. A young technician named Adam came to our house promptly on time as scheduled and observed our garage door situation. He explained to me what was happening with the spring,bearings and rollers on our door so it was clear to me what was going on. He gave me an estimate and my choice of different options backed by warranties. We opted for five year warranty procedure. And ask him to proceed with the repair. He was very clean with his work timely and professional. I also ask him to install a key pad system on the outside of the door for access. He did a beautiful job for us. I would highly recommend this young man to anyone with a door issue.

I had another company install a new garage door opener, springs and rollers. My garage door failed at least 5 times over the last year so I decided to change companies. I called Precision and asked for an evaluation of the machine I had or do I need another new one, I needed a working garage door. Within 10 minutes I was told the problem was the spring that was installed, it was for a 9 foot and I had an 8 foot door. So I had the right springs installed, it now runs smooth and quiet. I'm impressed and will take the wrong springs back to the other company and leave a review for them.

The scheduling was easy. Communication appropriate and timely, Noah was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and quickly to resolve the problem. The pricing was a bit high but given everything that was great, it was mostly worth it.

Easily made appointment online. Later, I spoke with Chelsea regarding directions and she was delightful. Adam came that afternoon - he was prompt and very kind. After examining the door, he did an excellent job explaining the different options I had for fixing it. He did excellent work, made the repairs quickly and answered all my questions. Considering all he did, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend these folks!

Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer. That's service to me. Other companies kept putting the same ones back on and they kept breaking. Thanks again Devon !!!

Colton introduced himself in a friendly manner, explained the process in which he would proceed diagnosing the problems with my garage door and gave me my options in a way that even I could understand it. He had everything he needed for repairs on the truck. I chose what I wanted done, and he went to work. The results are amazing. He updated the door mechanisms and turned a noisy, jittery door into a quiet, smooth, like-new garage door. Colton is professional, empathetic, and efficient.
