Colton was amazing! He walked me through what was going on with my opener, showed me my options, after a thorough discussion, I made my decision to have it serviced. I realize I needed a new door, and he was kind enough to take notes so that hopefully next year, I can get a new door. He was completely transparent and exceptionally professional! I can not tell you how great the service was. I mad my appointment first thing on Monday morning after I noticed that one of the springs was broken on Sunday afternoon. Colton was the technician. He called and give me the time he would be here. After he did the inspection he gave me three options and explained the differences between them all. It was clear what he was going to do and walked me through all the repairs. Once he was done with the work, he showed me what was replaced and give me some recommendation for maintaining the garage door. I feel like the garage door is in better shape after Colton replaced the spring. I would recommend Precision and Colton to anyone that is in need of anything related to a garage door.
