I called Precision when our spring snapped in the evening. Not only did they answer but they were able to book me for an appointment the following day. Bryan arrived early and confirmed the main issue, but wanted to perform a standard inspection. What he found was an aging system that needed a lot more work than we anticipated. My wife and I had been talking bout having service done anyway, since the garage door was so loud, and having Bryan present some of the areas of concern confirmed to my wife and I that we would perform the other services. Bryan did a great job at completing the work he outlined. He reviewed the work with us and was very friendly and professional. I'm grateful for Precision for helping us out so quickly and leaving us with a better, more reliable garage system.

My garage door started to have issues on Saturday and the Precision Garage door person who answered my call, gave me tips on how I could partially fix it until a technician come out on Monday. The technician, Jackson Hayslip, arrived on time Monday and promptly found the problem and corrected it as well as checking our other garage door. What a wonderful experience, thank you Precision!

hello. I called to have an exterior keypad replaced. Devon was nice and polite and followed your corporate upselling spiel honorably. His work was fine. The $184 charge for lubricating and ?, which took him all of ten minutes is where you lost me. I can certainly understand a service call charge and even the mark-up on the new remote and pad. Congratulations on your extra $100, invest it wisely. I will never use you again for my five other properties and if my friends ask, well what can I say?

Torsion springs broke on the garage door. Called Precision Service. Technician (Jackson Hayslip) arrived within one hour and diagnosed the problem. He inspected the garage door system with explanations and repaired the door with parts available in his truck. Also upgraded very worn parts on the > 25-yearl-old door. He was courteous, friendly, informative, and professional. Very rapid response and appears to be good quality service.

He then did the work quickly to get the work done so the door would work properly over the weekend until he could return earlly the next week to finish the repairs with the needed parts. Precision Garage Door provided awesome service the day we backed into our garage door. They had someone out within a few hours (even earlier than promised), he was able to at least get the day open so that we could get our car out, explained why the door needed to be replaced (we were not surprised, the damage was very obvious), and gave us a fair estimate on replacing it. We were extremely pleased with the reps knowledge, ability to make the door function, and explaining our options to replace it.
