I learned my garage door would not open at 7am, with car inside. They answered the phone with a person and had Technician Brian on site by 1230. He was efficient and helpful with suggestions without pushing me. Problem solved by 2pm same day. I am pleased

Our 3 year old LiftMaster wall-mount decided to have issues resulting in a door that wouldn’t open and a situation that wasn’t a DIY repair. The positive reviews for Precision Garage Door made me call. Within a 1/2 hour a technician was here diagnosing the issue. Jacob did a terrific job of assessing everything and then getting the lifting cables back where they belonged, installing new rollers, lubricating the hinges, and reprogramming/testing the unit. By the time Jacob left the door was opening and closing quietly and more smoothly than it has ever operated. We appreciated the time he took to answer all our questions and to educate us on simple maintenance that will keep our garage door operating smoothly. Great experience!

Excellent service. I contacted Precision Garage Door about a problem with our two garage doors in the morning and had a technician at the house by lunchtime. Gary is professional and courteous. When I called to make the appointment it was about the chain and loud noises the door was making when going up and down . Gary took his time and pictures so I could see the problems that were happening. It was an old unit, surprised it lasted as long as it did. He had everything on his truck, instead of having to wait 2 weeks for completion. Very pleased with his work and love the new quiet opener. Would definitely recommend this company and Gary.

I replaced my garage door opener in December, but had problems twice with the remote. I found the process of getting the issue resolved was easy. I was able to schedule appointments online, the technicians showed up on time and were thorough and courteous. They found my remote was part of a bad batch from the manufacturer. They replaced the remote, made sure everything was in good working order, and covered everything under warranty. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

They were open 24 seven so I gave him a call made an appointment for one day change my mind cause I couldn’t get my car out and call them back and change the appointment they came out on time fix my door. I’ve used Precision in the past. As before, they were able to come on short notice. Devon was able to adjust his schedule so he could see what needed to be done AND do it all in one morning. I had a new opener, keypad, bottom seal, and some wiring (I think) replaced. I’m amazed at how quiet the door has become plus the inner lighting of the garage and the ease of all the new equipment is amazing. Thanks for great work, Devon! (In the review categories below, you don’t allow for multiple items to be checked. That would be helpful, as this was a major repair.)

Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were.
