Scott did an excellent job on the installation. In addition he explained all of our options for the new garage door motor. I have had springs replaced twice, and the previous installers didn't mention bearing replacement or wear. Will recommend Precision Doors to my family and friends.

I called for an appointment at 9:00 a.m. and the garage door was repaired by 2:00 p.m. the same day! Brenden was the tech and did a great job--he probably does this kind of repair (replace broken springs) 50 times a week! Bottom line, Precision was very professional. I was very pleased with our experience with Precision Garage Door. They were able to schedule us for the very next day after I called, even though it wasn't an emergency. William installed a keypad entry and replaced a broken safety sensor. He did great work and explained everything well. He also rebalanced and straightened our garage door, eliminating an open gap along the right edge of the garage door, without even being asked.

Problem with the opener belt tension on one side of the belt track. It was making lots of noise, so I knew there was something wrong. Precision replaced the entire belt/track assembly for me ... no charge, since it was still under warranty, 1.5 years after it was installed. He even had one on the truck! I am VERY happy with this company and the service provided.

I called and got estimates from 3 companies and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service responded the fastest, scheduled the fastest and was actually a few dollars cheaper than their competitors.
