Tech here for hour and didn't fix or offer any help to get problem fixed, but sure wanted to get paid. Not sure what we paid for???

Because you have a commercial opener we were not able to satisfy all of your needs, but got your door and opener to a functioning point and only charged you the service fee for our time.
