The day we closed on a new house, the garage door broke. The main rail was pulling away from the garage wall and the door would no longer open. On top of that we were supposed to have new flooring delivered to be stored in the garage. Long story short, Precision got me on the schedule for 8 am the very next day. Trevor, the service technician was great! He went over the entire opener system, gave me recommendations and it was fixed under 2 hours - he was a life saver. I will always use Precision Garage Door. Highly recommend!

Yes, Trevor and Brendan exceeded expectations. Trevor clearly explained and documented the deficiencies' and was highly courteous and professional. They were even willing to work on the repairs starting at 6:00 p.m., even with it being a 2 or 3 hour project. After discussing with their manager, ultimately decided to come back the next day to work on the project - which was perfectly fine for us as we still have a functioning garage door. Also, I very much appreciated a live person answering the phone and scheduling an appointment the same day - which is almost unheard of these days.
