I was totally displeased with cost and recommendations by the tech. first of all you charge $65 for the visit and recommended more things to be replaced then needed to be. You are no better than a bad auto mechanic. The $65 included a total assessment but I never received it in writing when the tech said he would. You tried to compensate for the high prices you were charging by offering a $300 discount off of $800. Well, guess what, I had another garage repair come today for the same work and he only charged me $375 total. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

George, We are so sorry for the misunderstanding. Looking at the 25 point safety inspection and photos of your door, you have many parts that are quite worn. While Noah quoted you for just the springs and bearings as you requested- he felt your door was in need of further repair to operate safely. The confusion on price may have come from the many options Noah gave you- from a temporary fix, to a full repair. We love our customers- but don't want them to have to see us monthly as we return to repair the other worn components. Our promise is to fix it the correct way, the first time. Anything less is a disservice to you.

Quoted before starting. Reconditioned and tuned our existing garage door. It runs better than it did new. William was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the service we received.

Precision has now replaced my whole 23-year-old system. I had a wire come loose from my garage door, Colton did a great job explaining what would be needed, and was able to replace the rollers as well, as my poor door was squeaking like a haunted house experience. Also got a quote for replacement doors, with ideas on insulation differences and pros/cons. He also programmed my home link in my car as I had been struggling with a bad remote to try to program my car button and didn’t know it! Well done Colton, professional and kind service. Very disappointing service call......requested one broken spring replaced and got 3 bids that involved more services that "were recommended/needed". What happened to performing requested service and leaving it at that?? Always there to add,add,add....Also told cost would be 125-189 and guess what - labor cost added (not told that was another add on) Will not be giving any recommendations -

Springs work in pairs, and replacing both ensures that your door will run much longer, and smoother without need of future repair.
