The day we closed on a new house, the garage door broke. The main rail was pulling away from the garage wall and the door would no longer open. On top of that we were supposed to have new flooring delivered to be stored in the garage. Long story short, Precision got me on the schedule for 8 am the very next day. Trevor, the service technician was great! He went over the entire opener system, gave me recommendations and it was fixed under 2 hours - he was a life saver. I will always use Precision Garage Door. Highly recommend!

I would give more than 5 Stars if I could! My garage door spring broke when I got home from work Monday night. I booked the appointment online for Tuesday morning and the service guy, Joel Sawyer, was onsite by 9:30 am Tuesday! I didn’t have to wait two or three days to get this addressed. Joel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my garage door and made recommendations. I am very pleased with the work that Joel did.

Why did I wait so long to do something about my aged, malfunctioning garage doors? I will never know. What I do know is I'm very grateful that I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix them. I called and they had an opening for someone to come out that very afternoon. Jacob came to my home and assessed both of my old malfunctioning garage doors and their openers. He explained what needed to be repaired and replaced in terms I could understand. Both Jacob, and Gary, worked diligently to do the job. Now I have correctly operating garage doors. They don't creak, moan or stop working mid-opening. They are quiet, run smoothly and have the safety features the old openers didn't have. I was referred by a neighbor to your company, so I made the call to schedule the service appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and thorough in answering my questions. I was given a window of 8-10, and they called me to inform me that they were on their way and how far away they were. They arrived a few minutes early. They ran through the test and came back with why it wasn’t working I went out to review everything with Noah, the technician. He explained everything in detail and documented the entire process. He also showed me what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I had hoped that if the spring and the drums were fixed and working properly, the motor would still be good. Unfortunately, after all the work, the motor had to be replaced as well. He came with all the tools and parts and it didn’t take long at all. Noah was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everything looks great and works great! I am truly impressed, it was quick and seamless.

Devon was excellent to work with. We were having trouble with our garage door binding when opening and closing. He took the time to cover all the issues the door had that caused the problem and review all options with me - thus I was able to determine the level of repair that fit our budget. He resolved the door binding issue and did so quickly. He cleaned up all debris and was done in less than an hour. Very professional.
