I had a wire come loose from my garage door, Colton did a great job explaining what would be needed, and was able to replace the rollers as well, as my poor door was squeaking like a haunted house experience. Also got a quote for replacement doors, with ideas on insulation differences and pros/cons. He also programmed my home link in my car as I had been struggling with a bad remote to try to program my car button and didn’t know it! Well done Colton, professional and kind service. Very disappointing service call......requested one broken spring replaced and got 3 bids that involved more services that "were recommended/needed". What happened to performing requested service and leaving it at that?? Always there to add,add,add....Also told cost would be 125-189 and guess what - labor cost added (not told that was another add on) Will not be giving any recommendations -

Trish, We are so sorry for the miscommunication. While we are happy to replace a single spring- we strongly recommend against it. Springs work in pairs, and replacing both ensures that your door will run much longer, and smoother without need of future repair. As much as we love our customers, our goal is make sure we fix things correctly so you don't need to see us again for a very long time! Thomas came out to service our garage door (broken spring). He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised at the high price. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was (and, we didn't even do all that was recommended. That would have priced us out). To be fair, we haven't had a repair on our garage door for years (and that was at another house), so I don't have much to compare it with. When asked, the tech even said they were a little on the high side compared with other companies. However, the service was very good and the tech was very considerate and responsive to our needs.

Colton Deeney performed a 25-point inspection on my two garage doors and explained the details to me in an informative (and not at all aggressive) way, and advised me of my options and explained his recommendations. My doors are 22 years old and have never needed repair work until one of the torsion springs just broke. He replaced all 3 torsion springs and repaired what needed to be done to be sure the garage doors are safe. He arrived ahead of time (with my permission) and was very happy, and friendly; also very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and quick. It was a pleasure meeting him; I will recommend him to anyone I know who might need your services. HE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!
