The Tech was proficient and did a good job. He reinforced issues that he felt were real safety issues. I did not like the company policy of taking all the door springs loose and removing all the cable drums and cables prior to presenting the sales pitch portion of the presentation, which created a half hour repair to well over one hour. I felt like I was being held hostage. I will be hunting for my former Overhead Garage Door vender that moved.

The parts you mentioned in your review, are the exact parts that Brendan fully failed in his inspection (meaning they were not safe or operating correctly.) Looking at your invoice, Brendan rewound the undersized springs as you requested, replaced the drums at your request, and strongly recommended replacing the cables before they break completely. We are sorry you were not satisfied with the repairs done on your home, and wish you the best of luck in the future.
