My technician Brendan was so nice and helpful. He was on time with excellent communication. Also the Ladies I spoke with about scheduling was very helpful and nice, they made it easy for me even though I am hard to schedule because of my job. In so happy I chose Precision.

Wiliam does a fantastic job of figuring out the problems with garage doors, and is always on time. Not to mention VERY responsive. I have always had service within 24 hours. We have 5 garage doors needing repairs from adjustment, to replacing springs, to replacing rollers to replacing weather stripping for our farm buildings. I always call Precision for garage door issues!!

Had called the morning of seeing one of our torsion springs had broke on our garage door. Was surprised to get an appointment the same day to fix the issue. William Fletcher came out and I'm someone who asks a lot of questions...a lot.... William was very receptive to all the questions and definitely provided me with every answer to my many questions. Thomas was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He accomplished major work on my garage door replacing the springs, rollers, and will be back tomorrow to replace the operator.
