Thank you Precision Garage door business. I arranged to have my daughter & son-in-laws garage door serviced today (Feb 2, 2026), in Johnstown, CO. Noah was the technician wo came out and did the repairs. He was very professional and he took his time in explaining what could be done to address the issues they were having with the door. Drew did a wonderful job explaining all the issues with our broken garage door and laying out the options and warranties associated with each. He did a thorough job fixing the issues, mainly the broken spring, walked me through how to maintain the door and manage if we lose power.
