My garage door opener had been making this terrible sound and it sounded like it was getting worse. My neighbor gave me Precision Garage Door as someone to call because he used Precision. I called, made an appointment and the gentleman fixed the door. The door opens without the loud noise I had in the past.

I replaced my garage door opener in December, but had problems twice with the remote. I found the process of getting the issue resolved was easy. I was able to schedule appointments online, the technicians showed up on time and were thorough and courteous. They found my remote was part of a bad batch from the manufacturer. They replaced the remote, made sure everything was in good working order, and covered everything under warranty. I would definitely recommend them for any garage door issues.

I googled garage door repair and precision came up with five stars. They were open 24 seven so I gave him a call made an appointment for one day change my mind cause I couldn’t get my car out and call them back and change the appointment they came out on time fix my door. Jack was just great as far as doing the work and telling me what was needed I’m happy with how it turned out. I’ll have them back again when the other door goes bad. Thank you.

I’ve used Precision in the past. As before, they were able to come on short notice. Devon was able to adjust his schedule so he could see what needed to be done AND do it all in one morning. I had a new opener, keypad, bottom seal, and some wiring (I think) replaced. I’m amazed at how quiet the door has become plus the inner lighting of the garage and the ease of all the new equipment is amazing. Thanks for great work, Devon! (In the review categories below, you don’t allow for multiple items to be checked. That would be helpful, as this was a major repair.)

Brendan was timely, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain our issue and how the door works and what he was going to do to fix it. There were a few options, he didn't pressure us about doing the most expensive thing, which was nice. We ended up getting the full list taken care of, but not without knowing what our options were. His truck was painted/logo'd and the whole experience gave us confidence our door would work right after the service.

My tenant notified me on Friday afternoon that the garage door was not working. I went on Precision's website and was able to book a Monday AM appointment. Your website was more impressive than a major corporation’s ! The photos and bios of the technicians is a nice addition. The problem was taken care of in a few short hours (extensive repair was needed). I ask my tenant if he was satisfied with the process, he said “The garage door process was perfect. The guy( Brendan Prevost) was super cool”. Everything was handled with the upmost professionalism, count me as an extremely satisfied customer.

I called Precision when our spring snapped in the evening. Not only did they answer but they were able to book me for an appointment the following day. Bryan arrived early and confirmed the main issue, but wanted to perform a standard inspection. What he found was an aging system that needed a lot more work than we anticipated. My wife and I had been talking bout having service done anyway, since the garage door was so loud, and having Bryan present some of the areas of concern confirmed to my wife and I that we would perform the other services. Bryan did a great job at completing the work he outlined. He reviewed the work with us and was very friendly and professional. I'm grateful for Precision for helping us out so quickly and leaving us with a better, more reliable garage system.

The Precision Technician Drew Daniel was one of the best service providers that I have seen in a long time. He was prompt, punctual, pleasant, polite and professional. My garage door started to have issues on Saturday and the Precision Garage door person who answered my call, gave me tips on how I could partially fix it until a technician come out on Monday. The technician, Jackson Hayslip, arrived on time Monday and promptly found the problem and corrected it as well as checking our other garage door. What a wonderful experience, thank you Precision!

hello. I called to have an exterior keypad replaced. Devon was nice and polite and followed your corporate upselling spiel honorably. His work was fine. The $184 charge for lubricating and ?, which took him all of ten minutes is where you lost me. I can certainly understand a service call charge and even the mark-up on the new remote and pad. Congratulations on your extra $100, invest it wisely. I will never use you again for my five other properties and if my friends ask, well what can I say?

Having a full inspection was nice because he explained what he looked at and what was going on with all the parts on our garage door.
