During the incredibly cold weather on Jan 15, I opened my garage door to go out and get the newspaper. Got it and hit the button to close the door and it would not close. It was below zero and snowing. I frantically text my neighbor (the kindest man in the universe) he came over to my house and got the door closed. I called several companies this morning. Wow. What an operation. Garage door broke late at night. Got a confirmation email and follow up call within hours. Got garage door fixed with in 24 hours is sub zero temp. Best part was technician called apon his arrival said he needed to get gas and was 10 minutes out and offered me a coffee from gas station. Are you kidding who does that? 11-13/2023 I called precision garage door on Sunday afternoon that I had a garage door problem. They scheduled Cody Reed to come on Monday morning 11/13/2023 at 8AM TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. Cody arrived on time and inspected the garage door. I had a broken spring .cables frayed and a bad bearing. Cody fixed the door and was gone by 10 am.
