William was on-time for the scheduled appointment. He did an evaluation of our system and gave us 3 options to get it working safely. We chose the most comprehensive option, to replace the entire system, which was done during the same appointment. We are very satisfied with the work.

Quick service to replace a damaged hinge. Colton was quick to get here... Explained exactly what he would be doing before doing ANY thing... Did a safety exam of all parts... Repaired what needed repairing very efficiently... Explained on what to look out for in the future... Lubed moving parts... Was VERY personable... VERY good price for the quick and very thorough service! Thanks for all you did! Recommend them any time!!!

Appointment was scheduled earlier than expected which was very helpful since the garage door was not operable. The time was earlier than expected which was also unexpected. The phone call to inform me that the techs would be early was perfect. It really helped to know that, since I have 2 dogs to get arranged! Everything went perfectly.

I managed to back my car into my garage door before it was fully up and I knocked it off its tracks. I was very concerned about how precarious it was hanging, and that it was dangerous, because I could not lower the door. It was a Saturday, so I called several garage door companies, and nobody called me back. Then I called Precision Garage Doors, and they answered my call immediately on a Saturday and set me up with their first available appointment, which was less than 48 hours away. I was so impressed, and even more impressed by the job their technician Brendan did. My garage door now works better than it did before I knocked it off the tracks. Thank you Precision Garage Doors for a job well done!!!

Our garage door broke a spring today. Wasn’t sure who to call so I found Precision on google and the fact that they were able to do same day service, helped my decision on contacting Precision. I got a hold of someone immediately and was able to set up an appointment time later in the day. I was also informed that if they had an opening earlier for one of there techs they would contact me to see if that would work. Maybe an hour later, I was contacted by Colton Deeney. He was able to come over and take care of our garage door. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he took care of the broken spring and some other issues associated with our 20-year old garage door. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to my family, friends, and partners.

I am so thankful for the quick response time of coming out to my house in the same day under an hour after making the appointment. Brendan the adjuster came and assessed the problem and was finished under a half hour. The garage door works better then it did before. Great job! Thank you!

Erin was our first contact and she was so professional and pleasant. It was so nice to have such great customer service and she got us scheduled and sent emails/texts verifying everything we discussed. The information on the technician, that was assigned to us, was really a nice touch. Our technician, Colton, was fabulous. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very organized and stayed to task. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great service all around. Craig and Colleen Burback

Brendan showed up on time and did a good, workmanlike job. I gave a four star rating, rather than 5, because the quote I received on the phone only reflected one spring replacement. I knew it would be advisable to replace both springs and assumed that Precision would do both. After some discussion with Brendan, we arrived at an acceptable price for the two springs , plus bearings at the ends of the shaft where the springs are mounted. I would recommend Precision (and Brendan) to friends, but caution that they make sure they have a detailed breakdown on the work.

My neighbor recommended Precision because of the good service he received. I second that. I was VERY happy and pleased with the professional service I received from Colton Deeney. In a matter of hours I had a new garage door opener that works wonderfully. Thank you, Colton!

Brenden is great! In the past I used another garage door company for my repairs. Two of my neighbors have used Precision recently and were both very pleased with the service. When my garage door opener had problems this week I knew to call you. Brenden was on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. He gave me knowledge, honest options and answered all of my questions. Thank you for your prompt response time, I really appreciate it.
