I called Precision Garage Door at 4:45 Friday afternoon because my garage door spring broke. They were able to schedule a technician to come at 8 am the next morning, Saturday. (When my garage door broke previously, another well-known company took a week to send a technician.) The technician evaluated the problem immediately, recommended which parts needed replacing for the long-term maintenance of my large garage door, explained the problems clearly to me, and quickly completed the work. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality and professionalism of work by Precision Garage Door!

Service was great -- from Lindsay, fielding initial contact to Tyler, who arrived and did the work. Response was terrific -- we live in a mountain town about 50 miles from Ft Collins and Tyler was there in approximately 1 1/2 hrs. and replaced a broken opener. We have a good experience with Precision (permanent residence in Florida) and were delighted to have found Precision so close. We're Precision customers for life!

All I can say is their customer service is amazing!! We called them a month ago because a spring broke. They were out right away that day to fix it. The technician explained everything to me and we agreed on what would need to be done. It was not a high pressure up sale at all - which I appreciated! Then our wire on the side came undone. We called them again! Very impressed with the fact that Tyler understood that at this time - in the middle of a pandemic, we were not wanting to spend more money than necessary. He fixed our issue AND also corrected some things from the original install to keep the door running longer for absolutely free!! No joke! They just made me a customer for life and considering our door is 15 years old - we will be needing a new one soon! Thanks for going above and beyond!

Scheduled 8-10, showed up shortly after 8. Polite, efficient and had an estimate for me within 15mins. For NEEDED work, and suggested work as well. Got the job done quickly, and the door now opens/closes without a squeal, or hangup. Definitely will use again for the suggested work, as well as for the smaller overhead door.
