Cable on garage door broke, made an online appointment for 4pm the next day. Colton called and texted me at 9am in the morning stating he could come earlier due to some cancellations. Here arrived within 10 minutes, and fixed multiple issues with the door. He was perfectly polite and friendly and he completed the work promptly. 5/5 stars.

I can not tell you how great the service was. I mad my appointment first thing on Monday morning after I noticed that one of the springs was broken on Sunday afternoon. Colton was the technician. He called and give me the time he would be here. After he did the inspection he gave me three options and explained the differences between them all. It was clear what he was going to do and walked me through all the repairs. Once he was done with the work, he showed me what was replaced and give me some recommendation for maintaining the garage door. I feel like the garage door is in better shape after Colton replaced the spring. I would recommend Precision and Colton to anyone that is in need of anything related to a garage door.

Precision came out 4 years ago and replaced the rollers and spring and this time the motor. Both times the tech was incredibly polite, knowledgeable and upfront. Brendan did a great job.
