I called them and they had someone out here the very same day. The tech told me the problems and we agreed that certain things needed to be taken care of. A price was stated, the work was agreed upon and the work was completed and the garage door is fixed. It does not get better than that.

We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. I would definitely use them again if needed.

He took time to educate me about my garage door, the various components of the door, positives and negatives of this type door, potential problems, things I can do to help it work efficiently, and maintenance that I can perform to extend the life of the parts. Brett was very professional and super nice and cheerful despite it being -11 degrees when he arrived. Explained the problem, provided a quote and did a great job repairing. Did not push anything on me, but suggested what would be ideal. In addition to the broken spring he installed new rollers, which were recommended, but not required. Immediately noticed how much smoother and quieter the door is with the new rollers. Excellent all around.

Brett was very courteous and professional. When he arrived, he took the time to look over everything and not just the broken spring. He explained the 3 options I had to consider, ranging from minimal cost to maximum cost; as well as explaining the warranty available with each option. He offered an estimate on how long it would take for the parts to come in; specifically the heavy springs needed for my wooden door. As soon as the parts were received, I had a phone call from Tyler to schedule the repairs. I'm happy to say that Brett was able to come out the next day and get all of the repairs done in a timely fashion. He then took time to explain the differences between the old and new parts, remind me of the warranty and asked if I had any otther questions. One of the reasons I initially chose Precision Door was because of the BBB rating.
