I give this service 6 stars. Colton introduced himself in a friendly manner, explained the process in which he would proceed diagnosing the problems with my garage door and gave me my options in a way that even I could understand it. He had everything he needed for repairs on the truck. I chose what I wanted done, and he went to work. The results are amazing. He updated the door mechanisms and turned a noisy, jittery door into a quiet, smooth, like-new garage door. Colton is professional, empathetic, and efficient. I'm very pleased with Precision, and will not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

I said usually my husband fixed these things, but he went to heaven in November. He presented me with several options. I chose the one best for me. I appreciated he was not a high pressured salesman. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received! I accidentally drove my car into my garage door. I was super worried that I was going to have to buy an entire new door. The amazing professionals at Precision were able to fix my door and give it an amazing tune up! Not only were they able to fix it but they did it at the same time they came out to give me the quote for the repair. They had everything they needed and they got right to work and left the door in better shape than before I backed into it. Everyone was so incredibly professional, kind and understanding! I will recommend Precision to all of my family and friends. I was so pleased to call on at 3pm one day and have the door completely fixed by 2 pm the next day! Amazing service!

Called Precision Garage Door over the weekend when one of our 20+ year old controllers stopped functioning. Technician (Drew) arrived in a few days, did a safety check on both doors, recommended repairs & upgrades and immediately installed two new door controllers. Drew was pleasant, efficient, and provided great consumer education. Another plus, a text with photo of Drew and brief bio helped insure that we had the right technician at our door. Highly recommend. Excellent consumer service.

What an amazing company. Garage door broke last night at 2 AM. Called precision this morning at 7:30 and the technician, Devon was at my door by 9 AM. Not only did Devon explain to me what the issue was. He gave me three options of repairs from full replacement to small modifications. He was very conscientious of our budget and of course we went with the replacement option because we actually understood what the issue was. Devon was friendly, professional, and basically just did an awesome job. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be disappointed.

Honestly, I found Precision on a Google search. They were available within two days, so that worked for me. Noah, the tech, came out and diagnosed the situation and suggested some upgrades, which I accepted. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. Good job, Precision.

The Tech was proficient and did a good job. He reinforced issues that he felt were real safety issues. I did not like the company policy of taking all the door springs loose and removing all the cable drums and cables prior to presenting the sales pitch portion of the presentation, which created a half hour repair to well over one hour. I felt like I was being held hostage. I will be hunting for my former Overhead Garage Door vender that moved.

My recent experience with Precision garage door service was excellent. The repair person, Drew, was punctual, courteous, and professional. Upon arrival, he immediately found the problem and pointed out the broken spring that was causing the failure of garage door not opening. He showed me several options for the repair and gave me his recommendation, which I accepted. His work in repairing my garage door was fast and efficient. He demonstrated that he was both professional and knowledgeable. He had my garage door working again in 30-45 minutes. I would definitely use Precision service again and would request Drew be assigned the job. If others request Drew, make sure and ask to see pictures of his new daughter, she's a real "cutie".

The technician and a trainee came out quickly (within two hours!) to repair my garage door which would not open. The technicians couldn’t have been better to work with: knowledgeable, very pleasant, polite, thorough. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I will recommend Precision to my brother who recommended a different company. That company didn’t return my call promptly and, when they finally did, they couldn't do the repair for two days. That would have left my garage open for 3 nights, and that was making me nervous! Finally, the price for the repair from Precision was reasonable. Once again, using a BBB rating proved more accurate than the internet (but you CAN believe this review!)
