Precision was notified and scheduled my appointment the following morning. William arrived on time after notifying me, he was on his way. Work was completed and William was very professional and made sure all work was completed and that I didn’t have any further questions. I will continue to use Precision.

Outstanding service! Devon Decker was fantastic. He reprogrammed and connected three remotes for us. A new Escalade was connected, I don’t think we would have been able to do without him. Scheduling was prompt. The receptionist who took my phone call was easy to understand and very courteous. Devon also performed maintenance on three doors and openers. We are very pleased.

Devon did an awesome job. He was courteous and very professional. He didn't try to sell me a new garage door because I had a broken spring. He weighed my garage door and my springs under sized for the weight of the door and the amount of use. The upsized springs were the same price which makes replacing a no-brainer. That's service to me. Other companies kept putting the same ones back on and they kept breaking. Thanks again Devon !!!

Our rental unit garage door developed difficulty in closing, and it turned out over tax my skills. Precision was able to schedule a service tech in short order. He arrived on time and diagnosed the issues promptly. The needed repairs were clearly explained along with the related charges. The work took only an hour and the garage door is working great. Appreciate the professionalism and quality of work and communication.

Adam did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener, as well as, replacing most of the aging (really old!) parts on both of our garage doors. He thoroughly explained all of the options available for getting the job done, and each price point. He left the area nice and clean, and he had me check out the work he did. I gladly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

I give this service 6 stars. Colton introduced himself in a friendly manner, explained the process in which he would proceed diagnosing the problems with my garage door and gave me my options in a way that even I could understand it. He had everything he needed for repairs on the truck. I chose what I wanted done, and he went to work. The results are amazing. He updated the door mechanisms and turned a noisy, jittery door into a quiet, smooth, like-new garage door. Colton is professional, empathetic, and efficient. I'm very pleased with Precision, and will not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

We are very happy with Devin's replacing our garage door motors and replacing parts & springs. Our home is 27-years old and one of the motors burned up. Devin worked hard to get us up and running again with all garage doors. Devin explained our options and did good workmanship.

I chose Percision to get get another estimate first my garage door. It was more affordable. And you didn't charge unless you fixed it. Amazing...Colten was very kind. I said usually my husband fixed these things, but he went to heaven in November. He presented me with several options. I chose the one best for me. I appreciated he was not a high pressured salesman. He told me things that need to be looked at eventually. Financially, I did what I could afford. Thank you Colten.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received! I accidentally drove my car into my garage door. I was super worried that I was going to have to buy an entire new door. The amazing professionals at Precision were able to fix my door and give it an amazing tune up! Not only were they able to fix it but they did it at the same time they came out to give me the quote for the repair. They had everything they needed and they got right to work and left the door in better shape than before I backed into it. Everyone was so incredibly professional, kind and understanding! I will recommend Precision to all of my family and friends. I was so pleased to call on at 3pm one day and have the door completely fixed by 2 pm the next day! Amazing service!

Called Precision Garage Door over the weekend when one of our 20+ year old controllers stopped functioning. Technician (Drew) arrived in a few days, did a safety check on both doors, recommended repairs & upgrades and immediately installed two new door controllers. Drew was pleasant, efficient, and provided great consumer education. Another plus, a text with photo of Drew and brief bio helped insure that we had the right technician at our door. Highly recommend. Excellent consumer service.

William and Adam were amazing. The spring broke with my car in the garage so contacted your company online. They arrived promptly, checked the garage door for problems/safety issues and gave me a selection of choices to get things fixed. Work was done quickly, and they explained just what had been done. They were so pleasant and efficient—wonderful service. Thank you!!

What an amazing company. Garage door broke last night at 2 AM. Called precision this morning at 7:30 and the technician, Devon was at my door by 9 AM. Not only did Devon explain to me what the issue was. He gave me three options of repairs from full replacement to small modifications. He was very conscientious of our budget and of course we went with the replacement option because we actually understood what the issue was. Devon was friendly, professional, and basically just did an awesome job. I highly recommend using this company. You will not be disappointed.

Devon at Precision did a great job on my garage door opener installation. I was able to get a quick appointment. The tech arrived within the 2-hour window I was given. He was professional, friendly and knowledgable. There was nothing left for me to clean up after he was finished. The product I selected works well for my needs. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Chose you because the company we bought the door from did not respond tou my call for help. Your technician was fantastic. Did a thorough inspection, spotted several other items that needed replacing then did all of them. He was very professional, worked rapidly, and the door now works like new. In addition, he was fun to chat with while he worked. All in all, a fine job, I will recommend your company to anyone who needs garage door work.
