Had a spring break and called precision door service, was able to tech out quickly. Colton evaluated all our doors replaced the broken spring and also found other door had to large a spring which affected the opener. Replace that spring also and tuned up all three doors. Noah arrived ahead of 10/13 window. Verified condition of all hardware and started analysis of control system. Problem was door not closing with operator. Checked both safety sensors and motor controls. Replaced safety sensors first given age of operator. Appeared to solve problem. Checked all wiring connections and tested system operation numerous time to verify problem was corrected. Noah was knowledgeable about the older operator system and vey easy to work with.
