Precision examined and tuned up our garage doors after we bought our home two years ago. A few mornings ago our double door would not open. William arrived on time and quickly determined and fixed the problem. He checked the whole system and found some badly worn bearings in the aging rollers. He recommended their replacement, and we concurred. He was affable, knowledgable, and professional, and we will certainly call Precision for our needs in the future.

During the incredibly cold weather on Jan 15, I opened my garage door to go out and get the newspaper. Got it and hit the button to close the door and it would not close. It was below zero and snowing. I frantically text my neighbor (the kindest man in the universe) he came over to my house and got the door closed. I called several companies this morning. Precision was the first to offer to be here today between noon and 2:00. Colton has been here already and the door is working fine now. Many thanks for the prompt and professional work.

Wow. What an operation. Garage door broke late at night. Got a confirmation email and follow up call within hours. Got garage door fixed with in 24 hours is sub zero temp. Best part was technician called apon his arrival said he needed to get gas and was 10 minutes out and offered me a coffee from gas station. Are you kidding who does that? People who care and are good at what they do.

11-13/2023 I called precision garage door on Sunday afternoon that I had a garage door problem. They scheduled Cody Reed to come on Monday morning 11/13/2023 at 8AM TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. Cody arrived on time and inspected the garage door. I had a broken spring .cables frayed and a bad bearing. Cody fixed the door and was gone by 10 am. I needed to have my garage door looked at because of some strange sounds. Precision was recommended to me. I was able to have an appointment later on the same day I called. Colton and Thomas arrived within the time frame I had been given, spent time looking over everything re the door, answered all my questions, gave me several options, and repaired everything that afternoon.
