Excellent service from our technician, Noah. He took the time to explain his recommendations to us and was quick and efficient. We would recommend this company.

The Tech was proficient and did a good job. He reinforced issues that he felt were real safety issues. I did not like the company policy of taking all the door springs loose and removing all the cable drums and cables prior to presenting the sales pitch portion of the presentation, which created a half hour repair to well over one hour. I felt like I was being held hostage. I will be hunting for my former Overhead Garage Door vender that moved.

My recent experience with Precision garage door service was excellent. The repair person, Drew, was punctual, courteous, and professional. Upon arrival, he immediately found the problem and pointed out the broken spring that was causing the failure of garage door not opening. He showed me several options for the repair and gave me his recommendation, which I accepted. His work in repairing my garage door was fast and efficient. He demonstrated that he was both professional and knowledgeable. He had my garage door working again in 30-45 minutes. I would definitely use Precision service again and would request Drew be assigned the job. If others request Drew, make sure and ask to see pictures of his new daughter, she's a real "cutie".

The technician and a trainee came out quickly (within two hours!) to repair my garage door which would not open. The technicians couldn’t have been better to work with: knowledgeable, very pleasant, polite, thorough. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I will recommend Precision to my brother who recommended a different company. That company didn’t return my call promptly and, when they finally did, they couldn't do the repair for two days. That would have left my garage open for 3 nights, and that was making me nervous! Finally, the price for the repair from Precision was reasonable. Once again, using a BBB rating proved more accurate than the internet (but you CAN believe this review!)

Drew was great! Our 23-year old door opener would stop working intermittently. Drew diagnosed the problem, made recommendations with several options and explained the options well. He replaced the operator and the springs and our garage door is like new and much quieter.

I am very happy with the service! Drew was our technician. He was very professional, courteous and quick. No one likes to pay for repairs; but the service was fairly priced. I will use Precision for any future needs and will recommend them!

I had Precision do some upgrades to my garage door about 2 years ago and was extremely happy with the whole experience. When I had some trouble this past week with the freezing cold temps, I immediately made an appointment with Precision again. Despite the freezing temps, Noah came...saw the problem..and made the necessary changes within an hour ! Thank You Noah...you were amazing !

Took a chance among the several Garage Door repair options in/near Fort Collins. Met Drew and he did a great job explaining my door problem(s) and what it would take to fix it/them. So far, so good. Plus a 5-year warranty. He did install several new parts but your "Purchase a new product" below only allows me to list one, not several.

What a great experience. All the repairs that needed to get done were completed the same day. Drew was friendly, professional, early, and thoroughly explained everything, including several options to get our door working again. It’s never fun to deal with unexpected repairs, but the way Precision does business certainly softens the blow a bit. Thanks again, Drew!

Colton did a great job. He arrived on time and provided a professional inspection. After noting my concerns with operation of the garage door, he made several recommendations. I determined to replace the garage door opener. He promised an hour and completed the work in less time. Colton shared instructions on use and user maintenance. I am happy with Colton and Precision Garage Door and offer this testimony as a referral to other potential clients.

I am a regular customer of Precision. They offer excellent service and reasonable prices. I am always amazed at how quickly they can have a tech come to your house. I highly recommend this company.
