When our garage door failed it came at a bad time, which is probably typical. Precision Garage door sent technicians out within 24 hours and our garage door was working right away. This is the third garage door they have repaired or replaced for me in the last 3 years. They seem expensive, but they do excellent work and it seems to last. They replaced one builders quality (a/k/a - cheap) door with an insulated door, and the other doors were refurbished. All three open and close with the precision (ha!) of a Swiss clock! That precision makes opening and closing easier on the opener, so I believe they will last a lot longer. I recommend Precision Garage Door Company.
