When our garage door failed it came at a bad time, which is probably typical. Precision Garage door sent technicians out within 24 hours and our garage door was working right away. They have repaired or replaced two of our garage doors over the last rew years now, and always with fast, reliable service

I was extremely pleased with the Precision personnel I dealt with in early October. Both the person in the office who made the appointment, and the person who came and expertly fixed our garage door, were friendly as well as courteous. It was a pleasure, once again, to deal with Precision. Well done!

William Fletcher came to our residence to give a quote for replacing a 2 car garage door with door opener. William was prompt and courteous. We were impressed with his knowledge and he answered all our questions. He knows his product and represents it well. I do believe your company is fortunate in having him on board. Ron & Debbie Bruce

Precision Garage Door is an excellent Company with knowledgeable, caring staff. From setting up an appointment to their highly conscientious technicians who are prompt, efficient in diagnosing the problem with your garage door and fully explain how it can be fixed. The cost for repairs was fair and honest.

This is the third garage door they have repaired or replaced for me in the last 3 years. They seem expensive, but they do excellent work and it seems to last. They replaced one builders quality (a/k/a - cheap) door with an insulated door, and the other doors were refurbished. All three open and close with the precision (ha!) of a Swiss clock! That precision makes opening and closing easier on the opener, so I believe they will last a lot longer. I recommend Precision Garage Door Company.

Found the company on the website and was very glad that I called them. They scheduled me the next day and Noah showed up early and was very professional. He checked everything and identified several items needing replacement or repair including explaining the current operation with a 27 year old opener. That said work was completed and we were very happy with everything. Thanks, Tom P..

William not only repaired and got my door working well again, he also clearly explained a possible option to prevent future problems. Very friendly and professional! I appreciate their policy of no service fee added to the bill as well as a discount for booking online. I wish I had Precision build and install the door in the first place instead of a competitor!!

I could not recommend William and Precision more. William arrived on time, was friendly and personable, explained my options and walked me through the entire process. Before he left he made sure everything was programmed and I had all the information I needed. I wish I could give ten stars to William.
