Thomas with prompt, did a thorough inspection of my garage door functioning and clearly explained to me what I needed to do to keep it working correctly. He also replaced my keypad that had stopped working years ago. Thomas was also very polite and professional. 11-13/2023 I called precision garage door on Sunday afternoon that I had a garage door problem. They scheduled Cody Reed to come on Monday morning 11/13/2023 at 8AM TO COME AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. Cody arrived on time and inspected the garage door. I had a broken spring .cables frayed and a bad bearing. Cody fixed the door and was gone by 10 am.
