They did an outstanding job, and we are grateful! The garage door works smoothly, they reset the programming, fixed the bent pin (my fault), replaced the rollers (the garage is purring!), and gave it a full inspection and sprayed it with lubricant and cleaned it up. We had a great experience using this business. They sent someone the same day and he was friendly and professional. Colton quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us different options for fixing it. As he was fixing the primary problem, he realized a secondary issue (involving how the motor had been originally installed...not by them) might be contributing to it. He explained his concern and we let him fix that too for a very reasonable fee. That probably saved me another call in the future. It's working better than it has in a long while. Brett was very professional and super nice and cheerful despite it being -11 degrees when he arrived. Explained the problem, provided a quote and did a great job repairing. Did not push anything on me, but suggested what would be ideal. In addition to the broken spring he installed new rollers, which were recommended, but not required. Immediately noticed how much smoother and quieter the door is with the new rollers. Excellent all around.
