Definitely 5 stars! - I agree with the positive reviews from other customers. The whole experience with Precision Garage Door of Fort Collins to replace my failed garage door opener was exceptional and went far above my expectations. Joel was extremely professional - he contacted me to let me know when he would arrive, reviewed my current installation, showed me in detail what should be replaced, and provided a quote. It's apparent from the install that Joel takes pride in his work and truly wants the customer to be satisfied. His attention to detail was amazing. I imagine some may think I'm over the top in my review. I'm not. I want to make it clear I was not compensated for this review in any way and this is my honest opinion. I very rarely give reviews, but in this case I wanted to let others know about my experience and thank Precision for providing exceptional service.

We had the best experience possible with the company and our technician Jacob. Everyone was very responsive and professional but also easy to talk to. Our technician explained everything in detail so we understood why the issue happened, how to fix it, and how to maintain the garage door to prevent future problems. Prices exceeded the maximum range for northern colorado repairs for end bearings and rollers. Service and 3 yr warranty is good but overpriced.

The day we closed on a new house, the garage door broke. The main rail was pulling away from the garage wall and the door would no longer open. On top of that we were supposed to have new flooring delivered to be stored in the garage. Long story short, Precision got me on the schedule for 8 am the very next day. Trevor, the service technician was great! He went over the entire opener system, gave me recommendations and it was fixed under 2 hours - he was a life saver. I will always use Precision Garage Door. Highly recommend!

I would give more than 5 Stars if I could! My garage door spring broke when I got home from work Monday night. I booked the appointment online for Tuesday morning and the service guy, Joel Sawyer, was onsite by 9:30 am Tuesday! I didn’t have to wait two or three days to get this addressed. Joel was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and explained everything that was going on with my garage door and made recommendations. I am very pleased with the work that Joel did.

Brendon Prevost did excellent work. He arrived on time, and was able to repair everything the same day. This included replacing nearly all of the hardware short of the door itself. Brendon is friendly and was very helpful answering all of my questions.

Why did I wait so long to do something about my aged, malfunctioning garage doors? I will never know. What I do know is I'm very grateful that I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix them. I called and they had an opening for someone to come out that very afternoon. Jacob came to my home and assessed both of my old malfunctioning garage doors and their openers. He explained what needed to be repaired and replaced in terms I could understand. Both Jacob, and Gary, worked diligently to do the job. Now I have correctly operating garage doors. They don't creak, moan or stop working mid-opening. They are quiet, run smoothly and have the safety features the old openers didn't have. I tried to open my garage in the early afternoon and it would open about 3 to 6 inches then close. I called precision door and they were there in about 2 hours! Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. He was concerned about the safety of the door and gave me a couple of options about how to proceed. He was honest about what really needed to be done and did not try to add any services that were not necessary. I am very happy with the service and how quickly they were able to fix the problem! I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future for anything that I need! Thank you!!

Amazing customer service and job well done. They were able to come out the same day. Jack, the technician, was five star all the way. He did a full inspection of my garage door and then thoroughly went through everything with me. He gave me multiple options to choose from, depending on how much I wanted him to do. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. He completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through everything and verifying the job was done right.
