Devon Decker was the tech that serviced my garage door. Although Precision Garage Door Service was 1st contacted for a suspected broken spring, it was found to be intact and functional. I perceived Devon to be a man of integrity and after his inspection of three doors authorized the spring and all related parts to be replaced regardless of it being operational. Ultimately parts will eventually fail at an inopportune time, Devon made the decision easy.

Initially, I had an emergency and searched for immediate help. Precision provides 24/7 garage door service. That was a plus and a surprise. I received excellent Customer Service, when I called. The service provider, Devon Decker. was scheduled. He called and texted ahead of time with his ETA and a brief history of his time with company and extra -curricularr activities. This was a nice touch. He then introduced himself and assessed the situation. He was thorough and told me my options upfront. He was very diligent about the work he was doing. Colton was AMAZING!!!! He was very knowledgable and came the same day we called. We have been having an issue with our gargage door eye sensors (and the CO sunshine hitting them) for the past few years. Brendan was the technician who came out, and he was wonderful to work with. I was running a little late from work, and he was very flexible—graciously adjusting to meet me about 20 minutes later than originally scheduled. When he arrived, he was professional, kind, and even made a great impression on our kitty, who greeted him right away and kept coming back to say hello.
