Colton Deeney performed a 25-point inspection on my two garage doors and explained the details to me in an informative (and not at all aggressive) way, and advised me of my options and explained his recommendations. My doors are 22 years old and have never needed repair work until one of the torsion springs just broke. He replaced all 3 torsion springs and repaired what needed to be done to be sure the garage doors are safe. He arrived ahead of time (with my permission) and was very happy, and friendly; also very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and quick. It was a pleasure meeting him; I will recommend him to anyone I know who might need your services. HE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!

I have just moved here from California and bought my house. The opener was the original when the house was built. It was extremely loud. I called to have someone give me an estimate. William came out and got here earlier than the appointment and good thing because I bought a new one after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. One of our garage door springs broke on a Friday night. We called Precision Garage Doors on Saturday and they came out that afternoon. There was no extra charge for a weekend call, and the tech was very knowledgeble. The springs were replaced and a complete inspection was completed in about an hour. It was great to have our door repaired quickly and done very well. We will definately call Precision again if we need service.

Thank you Thomas, We had multiple issues that we needed guidance to correct. Thomas evaluated the situation and we discussed the solutions. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thomas replaced all of the rollers, the left and right torsion springs and the end bearing set and knock out and center bearings. Garage door was damaged around 11:15am. Colton showed up around 1:30pm and got the door functioning safely by 2:15pm. Great service, polite and efficient. Panel needs to be ordered and replaced, but door is functioning as it should until panal arrives.

Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end. No wonder Precision has an A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you!

Eric in Loveland: Agent was great who came out and was very thorough and explained everything in detail on what would be needed to maintain my garage in the future. Had multiple things done and they came out the same day and were prepared to fix everything on the spot. Work took about 3-4 hours and everything works great now. He did not push things, he just explained what would be needed to maintain and what he also thought minimum would be to fix problems. He made suggestions and I picked all the ones he felt needed attention.
