I had a center bracket failure 3 days after having a new opener installed through Lowes. My car was trapped and the installers could not give me a schedule to assess the issue. I called Precision and got an appointment for that afternoon. Devon arrived within 2 hours. He diagnosed the problem and was able repair the door within 2 hours. The repair involved components that were 10-24 years old. Devon explained 3 options for repairs and the advantages of each option. He did an excellent job. I was grateful to have the repair done in such a timely manner.

They listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Isaac installed my new door today. He did a fantastic job. Took his time and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Drew called ahead to let me know he'd be early, if that was convenient (which it was). He listened to my concerns about the garage door noise, looked everything over and tested it before deciding what he thought was the problem. Each step of the way, he explained what/why he was doing and gave me some helpful hints about using all the electronics involved. I really appreciate the service he provided and all of it was well worth the charge for Lube and Tune--the door hadn't been lubricated for almost 4 years. I am very satisfied with this service and if something should arise later, will be confident in asking for help again.

I was totally displeased with cost and recommendations by the tech. first of all you charge $65 for the visit and recommended more things to be replaced then needed to be. You are no better than a bad auto mechanic. The $65 included a total assessment but I never received it in writing when the tech said he would. You tried to compensate for the high prices you were charging by offering a $300 discount off of $800. Well, guess what, I had another garage repair come today for the same work and he only charged me $375 total. I would not recommend your company to anyone.
George, We are so sorry for the misunderstanding. Looking at the 25 point safety inspection and photos of your door, you have many parts that are quite worn. While Noah quoted you for just the springs and bearings as you requested- he felt your door was in need of further repair to operate safely. The confusion on price may have come from the many options Noah gave you- from a temporary fix, to a full repair. We love our customers- but don't want them to have to see us monthly as we return to repair the other worn components. Our promise is to fix it the correct way, the first time. Anything less is a disservice to you.

Precision has now replaced my whole 23-year-old system. I was happy with their service when they replaced the springs a couple of years ago, and the installer warned me that the opener could go out at any time. When it finally did yesterday, Brendon came today to install a new motor and rollers. He was friendly and polite and the new equipment works well. I'm happy with the company and their employees.
