Booked an appointment online in the morning and Noah came out that afternoon. Door needed some repair and Noah explained everything to me after doing his safety inspection. He gave us 3 different options for the repairs needed that were clearly explained. We chose the option we thought best and Noah completed the work right there. Garage works great, Thank you Noah!

I had a wire come loose from my garage door, Colton did a great job explaining what would be needed, and was able to replace the rollers as well, as my poor door was squeaking like a haunted house experience. Also got a quote for replacement doors, with ideas on insulation differences and pros/cons. He also programmed my home link in my car as I had been struggling with a bad remote to try to program my car button and didn’t know it! Well done Colton, professional and kind service. Definitely recommend Precision Door.

Very disappointing service call......requested one broken spring replaced and got 3 bids that involved more services that "were recommended/needed". What happened to performing requested service and leaving it at that?? Always there to add,add,add....Also told cost would be 125-189 and guess what - labor cost added (not told that was another add on) Will not be giving any recommendations -

Colton was on time, friendly and patient, I have a lot of questions. Colton spend considerable time to replace rollers and plates with bearings, install controllers and wall opener. Our door finally working properly. If you need to fix your garage door, ask for Colton.

Professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service! I appreciate the ability to schedule an appointment online, and have a tech come out the same day. Brendan provided excellent communication. I knew that I was on his schedule, and when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the problem with our opener quickly, and resolved the problem. Brendan completely serviced our door-- replacing the wheels and the spring, then installed a new. What a difference!

Scheduling online was quick and easy. There were several appointments available the next day or within the next few days. I appreciated a call from Colten letting me know when he would arrive and a text from the company with his picture so I knew who to look for. Colten was very knowledgeable and was able to dianose the problem quickly, make repairs, and pointed out some things to look for in the future. He made sure I knew about all of the safety features available and how to use them so my car and I were not stuck in/outside of the garage. I would recommend Precision to my friends.

Thomas came out to service our garage door (broken spring). He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised at the high price. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was (and, we didn't even do all that was recommended. That would have priced us out). To be fair, we haven't had a repair on our garage door for years (and that was at another house), so I don't have much to compare it with. When asked, the tech even said they were a little on the high side compared with other companies. However, the service was very good and the tech was very considerate and responsive to our needs.
