I tried to open my garage in the early afternoon and it would open about 3 to 6 inches then close. I called precision door and they were there in about 2 hours! Noah was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. He was concerned about the safety of the door and gave me a couple of options about how to proceed. He was honest about what really needed to be done and did not try to add any services that were not necessary. I am very happy with the service and how quickly they were able to fix the problem! Amazing customer service and job well done. They were able to come out the same day. Jack, the technician, was five star all the way. He did a full inspection of my garage door and then thoroughly went through everything with me. He gave me multiple options to choose from, depending on how much I wanted him to do. There was no pressure to choose the more expensive option. He completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through everything and verifying the job was done right. The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and they had someone at my home that afternoon. The tech, Noah, was fantastic. He examined the door, showed me all of the items that were causing the problem and gave me detailed pricing for everything. Called several other companies but Precision could be at our house within three hours (actually arrived an hour earlier!) where the others would have been later or the next day. The individual who took my call was very professional, courteous, and helpful; as was Brendan, the repair specialist who did a thorough job, was efficient, and very respectful. Devon Decker was the tech that serviced my garage door. Although Precision Garage Door Service was 1st contacted for a suspected broken spring, it was found to be intact and functional. I perceived Devon to be a man of integrity and after his inspection of three doors authorized the spring and all related parts to be replaced regardless of it being operational. Ultimately parts will eventually fail at an inopportune time, Devon made the decision easy.
