Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Brendan repaired the garage door in less than two hours, and it is working like new. It hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Thank you for a quality job.

He fixed our problem and proactively replaced some frayed cables and other parts that were on the brink of failure. He made our 20 year old door like new again. I highly recommend.

When your technician, William, arrived he was very professional, very helpful, and knowledgeable about how to fix my issue.
