Nick was great! He showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose and offer a solution. He was upfront with the pricing and was able to quickly repair the broken springs. He also stayed to make sure it was working and when there was another small issue he was able to offer a solution and repair that as well. Great service.

Nick showed apologizing for being late, but appointment was scheduled between noon and two, and he showed up at 1:15. He got right to work evaluating the damage from the door closing on our truck. Nick repaired the damage with a new opener arm and two new struts. He adjusted the down force that apparently was the cause of the door striking the truck. Nick also made some adjustments to the door’s alignment and rollers. Nick was friendly and courteous while explaining our options. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you.

William Fletcher was really great. He went above and beyond to assess our broken door and fix it. He gave me honest info on our options for replacing the opener. He was able to fix the chain issue we had and saved us from having to buy a whole new opener. He went the extra mile and sprayed our wheels/bearings to ensure everything was quiet as possible - on both doors. He was very friendly and trustworthy. Had an emergency situation when the garage door broke in the evening after hours and it wouldn't open. Had an appointment for surgery @ 9 a.m. the next morning. We called & Precision said a service man would be at our house between 6:00-8:00 a.m. Sure enough - he was very knowledge, courteous and explained what needed to be done (fairly extensive) and was finished in plenty of time for us to make the appt. Our technician Shawn was one very professional tech's. He arrived on time and completed his evaluation of the door issue within minuets of arriving. Your serviceman (I think his name was Sean) did a fantastic job. Great customer service. He was thorough; told me what parts need to be updated while offering options. Prices were competitive—and a good value. Customer service goes along way in my book—and it was not a warm day but he managed to do excellent work.
