Had previously used Precision Garage Door Service (different dealer in another state) to repair a number of issues with an old garage door opener. Was very satisfied with the quality of service and products provided in that transaction. New house here in Windsor came with a garage door but no opener. Looked for Precision Garage Door in the area and found the Fort Collins dealer. Called the local office on a Monday and had a new garage door opener by Tuesday afternoon. Spoke to Amanda on Monday about what I wanted. She passed the information to Tyler and he called Tuesday morning to discuss details. Colten was there in early afternoon and finished installing a new belt-drive opener with a very nice Liftmaster opener plus the wall mount control, the exterior key-pad, and the remote accessories. He also upgraded the original rollers with nylon-covered rollers for a quieter movement. The install was all very smooth and satisfactory. I am very pleased with the results of this transaction. I definitely suggest you consider Precision Garage Door of Fort Collins for your garage door opener issues. The staff is very courteous and professional. Nick showed apologizing for being late, but appointment was scheduled between noon and two, and he showed up at 1:15. He got right to work evaluating the damage from the door closing on our truck. Nick repaired the damage with a new opener arm and two new struts. He adjusted the down force that apparently was the cause of the door striking the truck. Nick also made some adjustments to the door’s alignment and rollers. Nick was friendly and courteous while explaining our options. Work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you.
