He assessed the "problems" with the garage door and explained all of the options and the benefits of each as well as the risks of not getting some of the suggested items fixed. We agreed to the best plan and he quickly and efficiently took care of everything within 90 minutes. I'm confident the garage door is balanced, safer and will not prematurely where out the motor.

Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Brendan repaired the garage door in less than two hours, and it is working like new. It hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Thank you for a quality job.
