Trish, We are so sorry for the miscommunication. While we are happy to replace a single spring- we strongly recommend against it. Springs work in pairs, and replacing both ensures that your door will run much longer, and smoother without need of future repair. As much as we love our customers, our goal is make sure we fix things correctly so you don't need to see us again for a very long time! Very disappointing service call......requested one broken spring replaced and got 3 bids that involved more services that "were recommended/needed". What happened to performing requested service and leaving it at that?? Always there to add,add,add....Also told cost would be 125-189 and guess what - labor cost added (not told that was another add on) Will not be giving any recommendations -
