Honestly, I found Precision on a Google search. They were available within two days, so that worked for me. Noah, the tech, came out and diagnosed the situation and suggested some upgrades, which I accepted. The work was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. Good job, Precision.

Your technician Noah dod a great job of diagnosing the problem and recommending the best solution for long term success and confident door operation! Added new springs, rollers, cables, drums, and bearings to both larger sized residential doors. 5 Year warrantee is an added bonus which will come in handy, if needed. Thank you, john

I had Precision do some upgrades to my garage door about 2 years ago and was extremely happy with the whole experience. When I had some trouble this past week with the freezing cold temps, I immediately made an appointment with Precision again. Despite the freezing temps, Noah came...saw the problem..and made the necessary changes within an hour ! Thank You Noah...you were amazing !

I was totally displeased with cost and recommendations by the tech. first of all you charge $65 for the visit and recommended more things to be replaced then needed to be. You are no better than a bad auto mechanic. The $65 included a total assessment but I never received it in writing when the tech said he would. You tried to compensate for the high prices you were charging by offering a $300 discount off of $800. Well, guess what, I had another garage repair come today for the same work and he only charged me $375 total. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

I was able to easily schedule this appointment online, and the technician (Noah) contacted me on the day of the appointment to provide a specific time for his arrival. Noah was extremely helpful in addressing my questions and concerns about why my garage door and opener were not working properly. He thoroughly explained how the opener and mechanics of the garage door (i.e., springs, rollers, drums, bearings, etc.) work in tandem to open and close the door. He identified, took pictures, explained, and demonstrated how the door mechanics were negatively affecting the opener's performance. This explanation gave me peace of mind in knowing that the investment in replacing the mechanics of the garage door would improve the performance of the entire mechanism. The whole experience with Precision, from scheduling online to the completion of the service provided, was excellent.

Precision Garage Door is an excellent Company with knowledgeable, caring staff. From setting up an appointment to their highly conscientious technicians who are prompt, efficient in diagnosing the problem with your garage door and fully explain how it can be fixed. The cost for repairs was fair and honest.

Noah arrived exactly on time, did a thorough inspection and explained the options clearly, and finished the work exactly when he said he would. In an era when customer service has declined precipitously, Precision Garage Door is a revelation.

Found the company on the website and was very glad that I called them. They scheduled me the next day and Noah showed up early and was very professional. He checked everything and identified several items needing replacement or repair including explaining the current operation with a 27 year old opener. That said work was completed and we were very happy with everything. Thanks, Tom P..

Booked an appointment online in the morning and Noah came out that afternoon. Door needed some repair and Noah explained everything to me after doing his safety inspection. He gave us 3 different options for the repairs needed that were clearly explained. We chose the option we thought best and Noah completed the work right there. Garage works great, Thank you Noah!

All we requested was to connect two new additional garage door openers that were identical to the one we now use. Both the current remote and garage door opener worked well with no service issues. The service technician that arrived refused to connect the two new identical remotes. Instead he proposed replacing the garage door opener motor, springs, etc for $1000!!! When we complained that all we wanted was to have the new remotes connected, he said it was impossible and that he would have to do repairs that were wither $700, $900, or $1000. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR UPSELLING BUSINESS PLAN AND ATTITUDE!!!!!

Noah arrived ahead of 10/13 window. Verified condition of all hardware and started analysis of control system. Problem was door not closing with operator. Checked both safety sensors and motor controls. Replaced safety sensors first given age of operator. Appeared to solve problem. Checked all wiring connections and tested system operation numerous time to verify problem was corrected. Noah was knowledgeable about the older operator system and vey easy to work with.
