Booked an appointment online in the morning and Noah came out that afternoon. Door needed some repair and Noah explained everything to me after doing his safety inspection. All we requested was to connect two new additional garage door openers that were identical to the one we now use. Both the current remote and garage door opener worked well with no service issues. The service technician that arrived refused to connect the two new identical remotes. Instead he proposed replacing the garage door opener motor, springs, etc for $1000!!! When we complained that all we wanted was to have the new remotes connected, he said it was impossible and that he would have to do repairs that were wither $700, $900, or $1000. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR UPSELLING BUSINESS PLAN AND ATTITUDE!!!!!

Noah arrived ahead of 10/13 window. Verified condition of all hardware and started analysis of control system. Problem was door not closing with operator. Checked both safety sensors and motor controls. Replaced safety sensors first given age of operator. Appeared to solve problem. Checked all wiring connections and tested system operation numerous time to verify problem was corrected. Noah was knowledgeable about the older operator system and vey easy to work with.

Very disappointing service call......requested one broken spring replaced and got 3 bids that involved more services that "were recommended/needed". What happened to performing requested service and leaving it at that?? Always there to add,add,add....Also told cost would be 125-189 and guess what - labor cost added (not told that was another add on) Will not be giving any recommendations -

Trish, We are so sorry for the miscommunication. While we are happy to replace a single spring- we strongly recommend against it. Springs work in pairs, and replacing both ensures that your door will run much longer, and smoother without need of future repair. As much as we love our customers, our goal is make sure we fix things correctly so you don't need to see us again for a very long time!
