Colton came to check our shop door today, but it was the motor that was acting up and he could not get parts for it. He was prompt, kept me informed of what he found, gave me suggestions on what to do, and did not even charge for his trip and time. I will definitely use Precision Garage Door in the future.

I have just moved here from California and bought my house. The opener was the original when the house was built. It was extremely loud. I called to have someone give me an estimate. William came out and got here earlier than the appointment and good thing because I bought a new one after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. One of our garage door springs broke on a Friday night. We called Precision Garage Doors on Saturday and they came out that afternoon. There was no extra charge for a weekend call, and the tech was very knowledgeble. The springs were replaced and a complete inspection was completed in about an hour. Thank you Thomas, We had multiple issues that we needed guidance to correct. Thomas evaluated the situation and we discussed the solutions. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thomas replaced all of the rollers, the left and right torsion springs and the end bearing set and knock out and center bearings. Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Garage door was damaged around 11:15am. Colton showed up around 1:30pm and got the door functioning safely by 2:15pm. Great service, polite and efficient. Panel needs to be ordered and replaced, but door is functioning as it should until panal arrives.
