The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision and they had someone at my home that afternoon. The tech, Noah, was fantastic. He examined the door, showed me all of the items that were causing the problem and gave me detailed pricing for everything. I okayed everything he suggested and within 90 minutes he had completed the job. Couldn't be more satisfied. Noah was fantastic. What an asset to your company.

Our entire frame had previously been installed not on a level causing the track to separate from the wall. I am so happy with the service i received from Jack (Jackson) with Precision Garage Door of Loveland. I was most impressed with his knowledge. He went over my garage door with me step by step. He did not try to sell me anything. While I called for service because the wire to the sensor to close the door was broken, he did their 25 point check - which is their policy - regardless of what you call them out for. He told me I had a good motor and door - no replacement necessary. As he showed me the areas that were, or could become, concerning (and I understood and could see what he was explaining) I realized, though, that it was time I actually put some money into my door to preserve it for as long as I can since i have rather neglected it. It was totally my choice, no guilting or sales pitch involved. I would have felt comfortable just having him replace the wire because I felt no pressure to have him do anything more. As a matter of fact, I felt that he was a most honest individual who truly did know his job and cared about doing his very best. To the husband and wife who own this family company, i hope all your employees are this good at their job. Give Jack a raise!

Called several other companies but Precision could be at our house within three hours (actually arrived an hour earlier!) where the others would have been later or the next day. The individual who took my call was very professional, courteous, and helpful; as was Brendan, the repair specialist who did a thorough job, was efficient, and very respectful.
