I would highly recommend Precision Door. They were able to come to my home the next day and repair my garage door. Mr. Fletcher was knowledgeable and let me know the price before the repair. My garage door now works better than it ever has.

William was on time for the appointment. Very personable. He inspected our garage door (all parts) and explained some additional items that needed attention (some needed attention now and others would need attention in the future). He explained everything and the different prices and warranties depending on what we wanted done now. We were very impressed and he finished the job in an hour. We would recommend Precision Garage Door Repair to anyone that needs a job well done!!

William Fletcher was really great. He went above and beyond to assess our broken door and fix it. He gave me honest info on our options for replacing the opener. He was able to fix the chain issue we had and saved us from having to buy a whole new opener. He went the extra mile and sprayed our wheels/bearings to ensure everything was quiet as possible - on both doors. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will absolutely be using Precision again, and I hope we get William. He is a great asset for the company. Thank you for providing great service and nice people. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and installation. Shawn was professional and ensured our opener inside the cars worked as well before leaving. Precision will be our “go to” company from here on out. I have also told my kids about you, who will be calling you soon as their door too is on its way out. Thanks for taking care of us.

Very fast response to my call. William did a “tuneup” on all 3 of my door openers, which are 40+ years old! They all sound so much quieter now. I asked for an estimate on new ones, which he emailed to me. When I decide to replace one or all of them, I shall call this company again. By the way, William was as nice as can be and very knowledgeable.

Had called the morning of seeing one of our torsion springs had broke on our garage door. Was surprised to get an appointment the same day to fix the issue. William Fletcher came out and I'm someone who asks a lot of questions...a lot.... William was very receptive to all the questions and definitely provided me with every answer to my many questions. Don't go shopping for your garage door issues. Call Precision and know you'll be taken care of in all ways. They are now my go to for any issues I have for my garage door problems!

Had an emergency situation when the garage door broke in the evening after hours and it wouldn't open. Had an appointment for surgery @ 9 a.m. the next morning. We called & Precision said a service man would be at our house between 6:00-8:00 a.m. Sure enough - he was very knowledge, courteous and explained what needed to be done (fairly extensive) and was finished in plenty of time for us to make the appt. Thank you so much Sean.

Our technician Shawn was one very professional tech's. He arrived on time and completed his evaluation of the door issue within minuets of arriving. Even in the cold weather he completed the task at hand and not only once but twice verified the proper operation of the door and proper alignment of all components. He was extremely courteous , very knowledgeable and like I said extremely professional. Would Highly recommend Precision Door company to all our friends and anyone else requiring garage door repairs or maintenance.

Your serviceman (I think his name was Sean) did a fantastic job. Great customer service. He was thorough; told me what parts need to be updated while offering options. Prices were competitive—and a good value. Customer service goes along way in my book—and it was not a warm day but he managed to do excellent work. I appreciated that he checked my garage door first and then made sure everything in the system was safe and level. Merry Christmas!

Tyler was amazing. He called 30 min prior to his arrival as requested, was extremely courteous, professional, patient, and thorough on his inspection & repairs. He discussed his findings and areas that we could make improvements at that time or down the road without pressure. Our garage door works better than it ever has before and we're very happy with the level of service and care that Tyler provided.

Had a great experience with this service. Tyler was quick, efficient, polite, knowledgeable, left my property as he found it. I will use this company again. I Highly recommend them. They have great warranty on repair work. Outstanding service from the initial call , to tech coming on site. No hidden fees, all clearly explained with options. I contacted different companies, many had no voice mail set up or were grumpy when answering the phone. I opted to go with them as a very friendly person answered the phone, and was able to pleasantly help me and fit me in their schedule. Tyler is great!

Your tech Tyler was good to call and tell me he would be at my home in 10 minutes and he was!! I appreciated his explaining the mechanism of my doors and why they behave as they do. I sure appreciate having them fixed and running smoothly .....our only glitch was that he didn't have a lite bulb but we found one in my collection that would work......Amber had told me that he would have one in the truck! Tyler gets 5 stars!!!!!
