One of our garage door springs broke on a Friday night. We called Precision Garage Doors on Saturday and they came out that afternoon. There was no extra charge for a weekend call, and the tech was very knowledgeble. The springs were replaced and a complete inspection was completed in about an hour. It was great to have our door repaired quickly and done very well. We will definately call Precision again if we need service.

Thank you Thomas, We had multiple issues that we needed guidance to correct. Thomas evaluated the situation and we discussed the solutions. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. Thomas replaced all of the rollers, the left and right torsion springs and the end bearing set and knock out and center bearings. Honestly, the door opens and closes much more smoothly than it ever has with the added bonus of being much quieter. Thomas was quick and efficient, he left the place clean. My garage doors are relatively new, but VERY heavy. The largest had started making some disconcerting creaking sounds. Thomas, with Precision Door, gave them a thorough inspection, corrected some issues made by the original installers (a different company), and then explained exactly what he had done. Brendan was courteous, professional and very friendly. I contacted Precision Door to have a broken torsion spring replaced on my nine-year-old double garage door. Brendan did a thorough inspection and found that one of the cables was also badly frayed. I decided to replace the bearings, rollers, cables and both springs. Brendan repaired the garage door in less than two hours, and it is working like new. It hasn't been this quiet in a long time. Thank you for a quality job.

Garage door was damaged around 11:15am. Colton showed up around 1:30pm and got the door functioning safely by 2:15pm. Great service, polite and efficient. Panel needs to be ordered and replaced, but door is functioning as it should until panal arrives.

There are several reasons why this business is highly rated. Your receptionist was helpful and courteous. The service technician, Brendan, has actually repaired both of our garage doors now. In both situations, he was punctual and very professional. He quickly assessed our needs and explained what needed to happen. Brendan worked diligently in the freezing cold to get the job done. Excellent service! I had been 'trapped' as my garage door only opened partially. When I called on Monday I had an appointment that afternoon with Brendan. I received an email with a picture of all the Technicians for safety reasons. He arrived on time. We went into the garage so I could show him the board that split. He advised it would take about 10 minutes to do an evaluation. It was an old door and made a LOT of noise. We went through the list and I decided to get a new door, opener, etc to protect me and my car. He came the next day and spent 5+ hours in 24 degree temps, always with a smile! Cleaned everything up. He showed me what I needed to know. still smiling! I got my detailed invoice, warranties, and evaluation when I opened my email the next day. Excellent service from beginning to end. No wonder Precision has an A+ rating with the BBB. Thank you!
