Thomas came out to service our garage door (broken spring). He was very personable and knowledgeable. I was a little surprised at the high price. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was (and, we didn't even do all that was recommended. That would have priced us out). To be fair, we haven't had a repair on our garage door for years (and that was at another house), so I don't have much to compare it with. When asked, the tech even said they were a little on the high side compared with other companies. However, the service was very good and the tech was very considerate and responsive to our needs.

Colton D. arrived ahead of schedule and patiently waited for my arrival. He assessed the "problems" with the garage door and explained all of the options and the benefits of each as well as the risks of not getting some of the suggested items fixed. We agreed to the best plan and he quickly and efficiently took care of everything within 90 minutes. I'm confident the garage door is balanced, safer and will not prematurely where out the motor.

Colton Deeney performed a 25-point inspection on my two garage doors and explained the details to me in an informative (and not at all aggressive) way, and advised me of my options and explained his recommendations. My doors are 22 years old and have never needed repair work until one of the torsion springs just broke. He replaced all 3 torsion springs and repaired what needed to be done to be sure the garage doors are safe. He arrived ahead of time (with my permission) and was very happy, and friendly; also very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and quick. It was a pleasure meeting him; I will recommend him to anyone I know who might need your services. HE IS DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!

William came out and got here earlier than the appointment and good thing because I bought a new one after he gave me the estimate. He was very professional and explained everything in detail.
