From the estimate to the installation of the garage door everything went smoothly. Drew and Tyler were excellent went they came out to give me an estimate. They listened to what I wanted and answered all my questions. Isaac installed my new door today. He did a fantastic job. Took his time and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Drew called ahead to let me know he'd be early, if that was convenient (which it was). He listened to my concerns about the garage door noise, looked everything over and tested it before deciding what he thought was the problem. Each step of the way, he explained what/why he was doing and gave me some helpful hints about using all the electronics involved. I really appreciate the service he provided and all of it was well worth the charge for Lube and Tune--the door hadn't been lubricated for almost 4 years. I am very satisfied with this service and if something should arise later, will be confident in asking for help again.

He did a thorough job fixing the issues, mainly the broken spring, walked me through how to maintain the door and manage if we lose power. I chose Precision because we'd used them 3-4 times when we lived in NC. We'd gotten great service in NC and again here in CO. I highly recommend Precision.

I was totally displeased with cost and recommendations by the tech. first of all you charge $65 for the visit and recommended more things to be replaced then needed to be. You are no better than a bad auto mechanic. The $65 included a total assessment but I never received it in writing when the tech said he would. You tried to compensate for the high prices you were charging by offering a $300 discount off of $800. Well, guess what, I had another garage repair come today for the same work and he only charged me $375 total. I would not recommend your company to anyone.
